Besides a couple minor order glitches, I've always been pleased with the friendly and attentive service, food quality, flavor, freshness, portions and price. I've only been there at pretty quiet times, but there's constant take-out foot traffic regardless of when I go, which is a good sign in my book.”

“I recently started getting pizza here every Friday, the pizza here is delicious I get the white spinach and have never had a better white pizza so fresh and the garlic and spinach perfect, my boyfriend got the bacon pizza and it was perfect also, they crumbled the bacon and there was a generous amount of bacon everything hot and fresh!!”

They are always prompt on when the food will be ready as well which we appreciate. I chose the Belgian waffle with scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, and fresh, well-seasoned ingredients, which was a delightful choice. The Latte I had with my meal was a perfect match. I highly recommend trying Zinneken's Belgian Waffles and Café for a delicious and satisfying breakfast at a very affordable price.I would say the waffles was the headliner.???”

“We just had a brunch for 70+ people after a funeral here last weekend. The owner was wonderful. I did not have to worry about a thing. The food was terrific, the staff wonderful, the venue perfect...they could even have accomodated more folks if needed. I didn't have to worry about thing. I highly recommend Cotton Hollow Kitchen. “This is one of my favorite places!! The food and drinks are amazing — the chopped salad is my go-to! They have tons of classes for all ages on top of being able to pop in and paint something any day of the week. They also have a small business market one weekend a month May-October with tons of awesome small businesses including jewelry, pottery, floral designs, stickers, paintings, soaps, teas and tinctures, permanent jewelry, clothing, candles and so much more. “I have been to Slice works on many occasions and every time I am met with the best hospitality and professionalism. I have come in for personal dining experiences and also for work . My work dining experiences have included a large party of young adults of all abilities out for lunch learning all about life skill /dining experiences . This restaurant went out of their way each time to make us feel welcome and accepted and took their time making sure everyone everyone had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and anyone who is looking for family friendly , date night , wonderful food and just A+ overall experience .”

Food: We got the- 1.Thai Sweet Chile wings were amazing!! The staff said they brine the wings prior to cooking, a detail that I think made a big difference in quality because they were some of the best wings My hubby and I have ever eaten! No fatty half-cooked skin pieces, it was all deliciousness! (Unfortunately no photo because they were devoured so quickly ) 2. The Carini Pizza the staff recommended was perfect! The crust was light and not too thick or thin, right in the middle. This pizza was a garlic aioli base with Genoa salami, hot capicola, Carmelized onions, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, Gorgonzola and mozzarella cheeses. Sooooo good!! I loved that it was a different base than tomato sauce and all the flavors worked together impeccably. Can't wait to eat the leftovers tonight!! It was totally worth stopping here on my drive back to MA! Side note- The pizza and wings totally held up being reheated a couple hours later for dinner. If we lived closer this we definitely be our pizza spot. If you're near Bolton, CT make sure you visit these guys!”

“Jack's was recently featured on channel 3. We are big breakfast folk, so a 35 minute drive from Manchester on a sunny (cold) morning to see if the restaurant was as good as it was supposed to be was very feasible for us. In a small stip mall in Higganum, we found Jack's. Clean & inviting inside, there was a short wait which we expected (due to the publicity on TV) We looked for someone taking names (to be seated), however seeing no one, we asked one of the locals waiting and was told they just eyeball the people waiting & seat them in order of when they arrived. Within a few minutes, we were seated in a comfortable booth. All the servers were really nice. Our waitress was friendly and welcoming. Coffee poured - not bad, though not quite as strong as I like it. I had 2 slices of cinnamon French toast served with cinnamon butter. So good!!! My husband had an omelette which he said was really good too. And prices were extremely reasonable. You could tell this was a great local place, but with the channel 3 publicity, many out of town folks were discovering Jacks's. As we told our waitress, we will be back. And she said she will be looking for us”

Each shot of espresso pulled is carefully crafted using only the finest roasted coffee beans, roasted right in their shop. The barista‘s are trained to provide each customer a great cup of coffee, and they have never let me down in the many years I’ve been enjoying their coffee. SoG is also an anchor to the South Glastonbury community and provides a meeting place for locals and travelers. Tasty pastries are also always available and be sure to bring some fresh roasted beans home with you!”
