This is the slowest DD around. They used to be good but new staff and now you will sit in the drive through for 1/2 hour easily. Ordering ahead does not help.
Very slow service on Sunday morning. From the time we ordered two coffee drinks ( drive through) we waited 25 minutes. Not complicated order. No apology for the wait , no explanation. There was a line behind us and some customers gave up. When I called with the complaint, I was told that there is no manager at this location.
Stopped in here while on vacation today! Very clean, and friendly workers! Collin took my order and was funny and engaging!! I love it when the Dunkin employees love their jobs!!
