Great lobster rolls (and so for a local place), great ice cream
I’ve traveled everywhere, I’ve eaten everything. This place is such a special find! The lobster roll was simple and completely delicious with a generous portion of lobster, and the lobster bisque was also great. My husband enjoyed his “pig pile” sandwich, gave it a 10/10. Huge fans, thank you Jessica’s Garden!
Unfortunately, the 12$ lobster grilled cheese was not good. I had like 2 pieces of lobster on regular white bread. When going here, remember you're paying for the atmosphere.. I recommend getting food somewhere else and then bringing it here to enjoy a picnic. We spent over $55 for 2 lobster grilled cheese and 3 chicken tenders. A total disappointment since we were from Wa state. This place needs to get the food straight to reflect the price. 😵💫🤑
* Editing my review. The owners were very kind and reached out with an apology and offered a gift card. I appreciate the good customer service. *
We live in town and have been here a few times. Came on Mother’s Day. We ordered at 5:10. Checked in at 5:45. Was told another 30 minutes. Checked in at 6:15- told 10 more minutes. I still don’t have my food at 6:30. A man came after me, waited less time than me, and was offered a free ice cream. I was offered nothing. Very dissatisfied.
First time there, and everything was great.
Location is a nice hidden gem with great food and a great grounds to enjoy your lunch at. Kids enjoyed the play houses and tree swing by the pond.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options including GF lobster roll.
Kid-friendliness: Large outdoor area with kids toy houses and swing.

I ordered door dash for my lunch at work and I’m shocked that this restaurant allowed food this burnt to go out their door into a customers hands!! I received charcoal fries because of how horribly burnt they were and a tiny little bowl of soup that cost $8. Could not eat the fries they were inedible. The bisque tasted great for the 3 spoonfuls I got. I find it ridiculously expensive for such low quality or low quantity. Maybe you get higher quality food by eating in since I see so many great reviews for this place. I would personally be ashamed as a restaurant allowing this food to be delivered to a customer.

Quaint little place with food, ice cream, & flowers to walk around admiring for sale, & a cute little pond to sit by at picnic tables or Adirondack chairs. So many choices for ice cream, they have the typical flavors plus a few ive never tried, like mad monkey (peanut butter & banana), gram crazy? (Golden Graham cereal) & Amaretto cherry! My friend I was with said the lobster roll is to die for! So I'll b back soon to try their food menu! I did buy 2 nicely priced ornamental grass plants (can't wait to add them to my grass garden at home!)

Let me start off by saying I’ve had thousands of lobster rolls. Not all get reviewed. I only review if they are the best or they are the worse. Almost any place can have a mid quality lobster roll but not many can be the best or the worst. If you want the best you have to try Jessica’s garden there fresh ingredients followed by their simplistic roll make it the best. In ct it happens a lot of the time where places get to fancy and make a good roll a bad roll, or they use lemon to cover up sub par frozen lobster. That is not the case what so ever at Jessica’s garden. They separate perfectly toasted butter roll from the perfect, fresh, delicious, quality lobster meat taking a bath in some fantastic butter. The fact they separate it. Well that’s to prevent sbs (soggy bun snot). This lobster roll will make you emotional for sure. If you wanted to you could bring a low tide scented candle, a beach towel, and a speaker playing waves crashing and seagulls flying and shouting. At that point close your eyes for your first bite and it will be like captain Brando himself in the seafood capital of the world Maine just was fishing 10 hours, drove his boat back to the bay, cooked the lobster himself and delivered you this delightful buttery roll himself straight from the boat that day after a long day at work. This is the roll of Connecticut and Jessica along with her garden should be proud. As for the service the guy was nice and had this 10/10 lobster roll in my hand in less than 5 min. Can’t beat that I will be back.
Kid-friendliness: Tables to eat at and a detailed kids menu
Wheelchair accessibility: Good parking no more them 10 feet on a flat plane to the ordering window.

Went to this spot for the great lobster roll reviews and it was just full claws with a lil mayo. Pretty disappointed.

The sandwiches were great. We split the Ruben and Chicken parm. Defined some of the best around!! Cute place to have lunch. Grounds were beautiful!!

Great food for a great price. They don't extort you like other seafood places.
Enjoyed the most delicious lobster roll! I did take out and was very impressed that the very generous portion of buttery lobster was packaged separately from the bun allowing the roll to stay wonderfully grilled!
