They always make my coffee perfectly. Today made me realize I should write a review and give them some recognition. I didn't read the name tag but this lovely barista with a Mushroom and gnome pin was an absolute delight. There positive energy made my day! This is the only Starbucks I pick up my morning coffee at now.

Inexperienced staff, confrontational for no reason. Inaccurate orders, I ask for less syrup to reduce the sugar and they added more to spite. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Long wait times, and incorrect order. My shaken espresso was made with no syrup at all.

Just came through for a latte and a snack. Young guy was working. One of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Especially with it being early, had a kind and positive attitude. Latte was made perfect and food was out quick. Make that boy a manager!

This place needs a place to pick up app orders. There is always a huge line in the drive through and outdoor window. The staff is extremely inefficient and confused.

When this location first opened it was amazing. I’m not sure if their just not training people enough anymore or what but the last 3 times we have stopped by our orders have been very disappointing. Just today I ordered a grande drink and received a tall at the price of a grande. My grandmother also likes to do her own milk and sugar (order is a tall black coffee milk and sugar on the side) and up until recently they would give her a second small cup with a little milk but recently (half the time)they have been adding it themselves. Not to mention one of the newer girls has a veryyyyy strong attitude and isn’t very friendly

Lazy workers, close early and lose money.

In response to your response: oh no, they were open, it was 5 to 10 minutes before closing, and when i ordered a certain drink, they said they couldn't make it because they already shut their blenders down and cleaned them.

The worst starbucks ever. Like someone else said, if the regular girls aren't working it's awful. My husband and I ordered drinks then waited at the window for almost 10min before just leaving. They're also CONSTANTLY out of stuff. They were out of iced coffee for like 2 weeks...at a coffee place...
