Just came through for a latte and a snack. Young guy was working. One of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Especially with it being early, had a kind and positive attitude. Latte was made perfect and food was out quick. Make that boy a manager!

This place needs a place to pick up app orders. There is always a huge line in the drive through and outdoor window. The staff is extremely inefficient and confused.

When this location first opened it was amazing. I’m not sure if their just not training people enough anymore or what but the last 3 times we have stopped by our orders have been very disappointing. Just today I ordered a grande drink and received a tall at the price of a grande. My grandmother also likes to do her own milk and sugar (order is a tall black coffee milk and sugar on the side) and up until recently they would give her a second small cup with a little milk but recently (half the time)they have been adding it themselves. Not to mention one of the newer girls has a veryyyyy strong attitude and isn’t very friendly

In response to your response: oh no, they were open, it was 5 to 10 minutes before closing, and when i ordered a certain drink, they said they couldn't make it because they already shut their blenders down and cleaned them.

The worst starbucks ever. Like someone else said, if the regular girls aren't working it's awful. My husband and I ordered drinks then waited at the window for almost 10min before just leaving. They're also CONSTANTLY out of stuff. They were out of iced coffee for like 2 weeks...at a coffee place...

I'm not sure if the girl at the window was having a rough day or what. I ordered 3 drinks and she started to hand them 1 by 1. I asked for a tray and the eye roll and attitude was crazy. There was noone in the car with me so I needed the tray. I hope her day got better!!!
Never again three times here and the milk is sour I mean sour thru away another cup of ice coffee. Each time I get one here the whole milk is always sour even the “ fresh “ bottle they open. It’s still Sour milk

If the regular girls aren’t on, the service is horrendous. I placed a Mobile and went to pick up outside as the drive thru line was taking forever. Me and 4 other customers waited at that window for almost 10 mins before someone acknowledged us because I knocked on the window. When I asked the boy if they didn’t see us out here his response was “I just got in.” Not even an I’m sorry. There were 4 people working and running around. Coffee was made poorly too. Hope this branch isn’t going downhill already since they just opened.

I went to Starbucks today and I was a feeling down this morning, but as soon as I pulled into the drive thru I was greeted with the sweetest welcoming and the worker double checked she got my order correct. When I pulled up to the window I was greeted by the same ray of sunlight worker, “Francesca” was her name. She was so genuine and positive and kind and I could see her working to help train other employees as well. She definitely brightened my day, not to mention my pumpkin spice latte and as delicious!
