We’ve never been here and our first experience we are hooked Dave behind the bar was great and made sure our experience was amazing this is our new spot the food and service was incredible
The atmosphere was nice enough, service was ok. We started out with calamari, which was tender and very good, and garlic bread, which was big thick chunks of bread soaked oil/butter, but I couldn’t take any garlic. Several people in our group ordered the pan seared scallops with a butternut puree. All of our food was lukewarm to cool! We waited for the waiter to return but figured we better eat before it got colder and didn’t have the time have the food remade. One person in our group can’t have dairy so the did away with the purée, but didn’t give him anything as a substitute. When he finally did come back and we complained he said they were busy because there was a show tonight and they were busy he would he tell his manager, nothing was done! 5 scallops on a plate with a little purée for $40 and it was cold on top of that. I wouldn’t go back there!
Food was good. Service was mostly good. The waiter did forget my husbands second drink but made up for it with some cannolis.
Made us wait for our entire party to be seated even though they were empty. Right off the bat they lost drink sales while we stood outside for 10 minutes for no reason. The drinks were not good. It was like it wanted to be a fine dining restaurant with the high priced meals and small portions, but the food actually had no flavor. Garlic bread with no garlic, rubbery chicken parm, a scallop meal with 5 scallops that were over cooked. The wait staff was fine but the hostess wasn't very customer service oriented. Overall, I cannot believe how much money we spent to have a meal no better than at a Dennys. Spend your money elsewhere.
Menu online doesn't match what you get.
We had made reservations for party of 10 to celebrate a 50th birthday and spent very good money there. I asked the women checking people in to put our cake in fridge before we were seated to keep it cold. That’s was never done because the cake arrived sagging and very warm. The prices there were inline but the quality of food is very poor and portions are extremely small. The chef or whoever they have in the kitchen preparing meals needs to be fired ASAP!. Would never go there again and would never recommend this place to anyone unless it was for a salad . It’s hard to screw that up..
We dined on Valentines Day and I told them I was celebrating my birthday on my reservation. When I called to let them know I needed to update it they said ok but did not acknowledge the note that I was celebrating my birthday. When we arrived the hostess did not greet us and did not acknowledge my birthday. The waitress even by the end of my meal did not acknowledge my birthday and I ordered dessert which was a big fat let down. I didn't even get a candle or said happy birthday to. Also the cheesecake was supposed to be Nutella but there was barely any chocolate and had no flavor of Nutella and it was very dry. Thanks Alta Strada for not making the night a nice night at all. Very disappointed in the dessert and your lack of customer service
The food was cold ,server was not attentive at all, just came took the order never came back, then just give me the check.
The food was cold by the time it got to us and we waited awhile, when concern was expressed waitress didn’t off to reheat or resolve any of the issue. She came back with the bill told us manager was aware and she might come talk to us never again. At least serve 200$ meals hot and fresh
Usually Food is amazing... unfortunately, tonight, the Chicken Parmesan was highly disappointing for my husband. Chicken was extremely rubbery , he wasn't able to eat it.. we were so excited to go, and the quality of the food was not typical of what we had there. Unfortunately, it's not the Valentines dinner we were hoping for.
The service was top-notch.. our server was the kindest.
Hope for better quality next time.

My husband and I ate there last night. It was our first time going to this restaurant and we were very excited. I am Italian and I could not wait to try their food. All I can say is it was average at best. Extremely overpriced and the quality of the food just wasn’t there for us. The only good thing we had was a Caesar salad, which basically any restaurant can make.
We had Nonna’s meatballs, which were extremely small and lack flavor and could’ve come from the frozen food section at Costco.
My shrimp scampi was lacking flavor. I had to add a lot of Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to get it to have any flavor.
My husband had the eggplant Parmesan extremely small piece does not come with any pasta on the side and I’ve had much better at pizzerias in the area.
The final failure was the dessert we paid $14 for the smallest piece of cheesecake we’ve ever seen in our lives. If you want people to come back to your restaurant, please at least give a decent portion so that we could actually enjoy it more and see if we really liked it. It was literally an inch and a half in width Extremely disappointing. Unfortunately we will never go back there again. There are much better options in the area.
Drinks were ok and the food was ok. We ordered garlic bread and it was stale and did not even taste like garlic bread at all. The service was horrible. Had to ask the host if we even had a server. The server even had a weird vibe. The restaurant wasn’t even packed and we were waiting on drinks and food for a while. I’ve been to this restaurant before and it was great but now it has gone downhill. For the prices you are not getting what you are paying for. I do not recommend this place.
Took my daughter here for dinner we don’t dine out often so I didn’t mind the expensive prices on the dishes, thinking it would be great Italian food. Ordered calamari and meatballs for appetizers. Calamari was great, meatballs were 4 or 5 smaller than a golf ball and pink on the inside. Like they were microwaved out of a gas station freezer. Pork chop was so overcooked I nearly stabbed myself trying to pull it apart. Steak was ordered medium. It was red/rare throughout. And as if the overpriced mediocre food wasn’t bad enough, we ordered tiramisu and my daughter pulled a two inch long strand of of what I can only describe as a gummy adhesive that was in a bite of the tiramisu. The manager came over and said “we make it in house” what?? The adhesive?? Don’t worry, she deducted the tiramisu from the bill though so it’s fine. Hopefully we don’t get sick fingers crossed. Also the server sucked. Had us twiddling our thumbs for 15 minutes at a time for anything. Terrible and the worst $199 I’ve ever spent.

Amazing food. Music felt out of place though.
Would give 6 stars if Google let me! Absolutely delicious Caesar salad, chicken Milanese, and penne a la vodka. Drinks were great and service was top notch. Can’t wait to come back
