Go to Olive Garden.
Portions were tiny. Service was slow. Good quality was just alright. They brought us the wrong appetizer and forgot my drink. The place wasn’t even that busy.

Overall, it’s just ok, but for the money, there are better options.

The waitress told me 3 times she would bring me another soda before receiving half through the meal . Ask for another soda after that . It took her two more times before receiving my beverage. When ordering she asked if we wanted garlic bread with sauce. Never mentioned this was not included in the meal . Charge either 12 - 14 dollars. You would think for a 39.00 and 36.00 meal bread would be included. The food was average but definitely not great . It took the waitress Elyssa K . several minutes as well to greet us and asked if we wanted something to drink .I left a 18.00 tip on a 122.00 check which was to much for the service. 25 %- 30 % if the service was appropriate. The waitress was not overwhelmed as you have runners bringing out the food and clearing tables. Very disappointing night out .

Food was delicious, not ridiculously expensive. Portions were normal, not stupidly large like in some chain restaurants. This keeps quality high. Our waitress was professional and funny. What a great experience! Certainly compares to the better restaurants we frequent in Manhattan.

Atmosphere was nice that's about it. The service was horrible, had to wave down the waitress like I was haling a cab in New York just to get her to come to the table. There were only two of us but for some reason the party of 4 who was seated 20 minutes after us had three rounds of drinks brough to them before I even got my second one. Then an hour and half later we still have no food but again the party of 4 next to us were enjoying their food. We ordered a pizza and chicken under a brick doesn't take that long to make. I waved down the waitress again like haling a cab in New York just to check the check. I was so frustrated I didn't want anything to do with the food at this point. This so-called General Manager Casey Reilly was absolutely no help, she defiantly needs to go to training on how to handle customer situations without acting like its not her fault and offer 4 meatballs the size of cocktail meatballs for the inconvenience. Really. 30 years I have been in customer service and this by far my worst experience. One more thing, the next day I get emailed how was your experience. I filled it out with a one star looking for someone to talk to. Left all my info. email, phone number and still no one got back to me. Nice fine dining restaurant you are running there that not even anyone above this Casey Reilly General manager seems to care because I have ignored so far.

Came here for my 40th bday dinner last week. Really liked the food, portions, apps, service, etc. The only fault is their tiramisu, typically my favorite, but not today, just a bit dense for me.

The food was mediocre. 2/3 things we ordered didn’t come. The bartender was nice and comped our drinks, but would not return.

Food was good, not amazing, but solid. Service was friendly, though we felt rushed with a 9:30 reservation (they close at 10). $136 for two parms, two salads, and an app with no alcohol..felt overpriced. Overall decent, just not sure it was worth the cost.

For a pretty pricey Italian restaurant - the food quality and service does not hit the mark. 1) the restaurant was overwhelmed with late night diners from what appeared to be a dance competition at the conference center — that be said maybe service isn’t as bad usually . It took over 30 mins once we were seated for the waitress to get to our table (again they were overwhelmed), not once but twice did they attempt to serve us another tables meals 2) I have eaten at numerous upscale Italian restaurants not only at other casinos but also in Bostons North end — I expect it’s going to be pricey … but I don’t expect literally Olive Garden like food or even something like I could make at home. My bolognese literally tastes like something someone whipped up at home (and not in a good way).

Had a wonderful experience here. Salmon was impeccable as well as the Ceasars salad. Great drinks,as well. Service was slow but understandable as the Comedy show that night was a full house. Highly recommend !!!

Only thing that’s better than the food (which is hard to beat) is the staff! Everyone so welcoming and kind. Also, the food is DELICIOUS. Already planning my next trip back :)

Came for a team family bonding dinner while at War at the Shore baseball tourney. I was apprehensive after reading many online reviews, especially given how pricey it was. Thankfully, our meals were fantastic! Mushroom mezzaluna pasta- light despite a cream sauce, very tasty; rigatoni bolognese- deliciously al dente; salmon with corn succotash- hubby enjoyed that. I had a sparkling moscato which was perfect as I love a sweet wine. Hubby had a Long Island Iced Tea- not too strong, and he was glad for that (though not at the $22 price tag). Everyone at our table enjoyed their food- mussels fra diavolo and pork chop got rave reviews. Staff was very friendly, though a bit slow in getting drinks out. Brought our check without asking if we wanted dessert, and we never saw the pizza menu til we exited the restaurant- maybe they were out? My only real complaint is how pricey it was, and not even complimentary bread or salad. Granted, my family doesn't go to casinos, so maybe this is par for the course. And portions could have been bigger, but that's probably because we're used to cheaper food that's served in large quantities! Definitely a better meal than was expected!
