California Pizza Kitchen at Foxwoods Casino

Atrocious experience. To start they sat us in a table right next to takeout, we spent our dinner with butts in our face. We had a free appetizer from the app, so we got chicken pot stickers, which looked like shriveled jellyfish. Emily the waitress still charged us, and when we told her, she said not all appetizers are part of the deal, it never specified that. We only ordered it because of the offer and she pretty much told us too bad. The pasta was so undercooked, it was crunchy and the chicken hard and dry like jerky. We should have had enough by now but we made the mistake of ordering dessert because she said they had a special on them, that ended up being another mistake. The ice cream she recommended was $4 (she never told us), and it had more ice than my drink, and the cake itself tasted like an old refrigerator. This was beyond a horrible experience; we might as well have set our $60 on fire.

I feel it is overpriced for the portion you receive 😩 This place and their restrooms were clean and nice, though.

Thr website says you csn order for puck up starting at 1030. This is not true. There is no external pick up windows, so you have to wait until the restaurant opens (5 or 10min late usually).

Ian from Texas was cordial and welcoming. Emily our waitress was the best also.. The crimini mac n cheese was phenomenal!! highly recommend even to share as an apperizer... And i always have my go to. pea soup, my fave....yummmmeeeeee

Service was horrible. Waited 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. Ordered soup and salad, asked for soup before salad. It came out after the salad. Salad was good but took one bite of the grilled chicken and had to spit out. It tasted rotten. Server walked by us several times while we clearly waited for check. She never asked why a full chicken breast was left on a plate to the side.
Horrendous experience. First and last time at this chain.

Went to this location to grab lunch. Waited at the door to be acknowledged for a few minutes(not a huge deal)… 6 of us sat and waited for about 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged and a male server told us he would be over, he never came as he was trying to fix food for another party, that was complaining about their food. We sat for a little bit longer hoping when he was finished dealing with that, he would finally come over. He never came over and as we were about to get up to leave(almost a full half hour), a female server decided to come take care of us. Unfortunately, at this point we had to somewhere to be, so we told her No thank you. As someone who has worked in the industry for 20 years as a server/bartender I always try and give the benefit of the doubt, but this is the third bad experience I have had a California Pizza in the CT area. (Another time at Foxwoods, and The other one was Westfarm mall location)

I used to love this restaurant but I don’t think I would try it again as service is seriously lacking everytime I go 🥲

What a joke. Staying at Foxwoods order to go from here. Pick up right at close. In fact doors were locked. Noticed we were there let us in....had our order...walk back to room....UNCOOKED PIZZA!! And not even the kind I ordered!! What a joke! Now that's as bad as it gets!

Kid-friendly. Long wait for server to come and long wait for basic menu items to be prepared. I remember this place a little differently when I came years ago. Not the same quality.

The price paid, compared to the serving size…. Wild to say the least. A pizza the side of a dominos medium and a salad. Came to $50 💀😂. One and done brand will not be returning. Staff was friendly but not worth the cost

Came here tonight with my friend and our mothers for dinner. While my friend and I got take out, our mothers dined in. Our mothers were given a very long wait time for a table, and then had other people sat before them as the incompetient waiter forgot about them.
We waited for over an hour for a cheese pizza and a tomato bazil pasta only for it to come out burnt and cold. Even though the waiter was handsome, it did not compensate for his low quality, inefficient service.
Unless you want to lose your mind and die of starvation during the long as hell wait for just about average food, it is not worth the trip to Foxwoods California Pizza Kitchen.
