It was amazing our waitress Ashley was very on top of everything and kept checking in on us. Since we couldn't drink alcohol and couldn't get the free anniversary Prosecco she got us a free anniversary chocolate cake and gave us cotton candy.
Great food, great service. If you like lobster, be sure and have the lobster cocktail as an appetizer. The French Onion Soup was also great. Hubby had prime rib-end cut and the portion was very large--more than he could eat. I had the carpaccio which was excellent. We loved the surprise of cotton candy at dessert time. This has become our fave restaurant at Foxwoods.
Fantastic food! Our server Kelsey was very attentive to some allergies in our group. She was awesome. All meals were served quckly and were delicious. Table side caesar salad was a treat too. We will be back!
We come to the casino every April & we decided to try this place. Everything was great! Food. Drinks. Server. Conversation. Vibe. All good. I would recommend this place. Can't wait to come back.
This place never disappoints, service, drinks & wine selections, food, presentation, accommodating with allergies, extremely excellent! This place is a must when you come to Foxwoods!
It was. Y birthday celebration.. it's a great place to spend your special moments... love the experience, my waitress was top notch 100% recommend..
Food was excellent. I got a fillet mignon with peppercorn sauce and a baked potato. The steak was cooked perfectly. My husband got the angry sift and turf, which was a piece of steak and shrimp scampi, and he loved his meal too. Our waitress was super attentive and personable. I love this restaurant. I've never had a bad meal.
The food and service were outstanding. I love food done well so cost does not factor into decision making.
Service was excellent ambience was good. Restaurant was clean and organized .I ordered a T-bone steak it seemed like it was baked in the oven and had no grill marks on it whatsoever .It was very tender, but it absolutely had no taste to it at all . I had the bacon .Way overcooked they cook it twice and it's very tough to eat . they should cook the bacon fresh each and every time it's order and it would be a lot softer and a lot more better food quality. I had the steak sauce i'm not sure what it was supposed to taste like, but it was more like paste coming out of the bottle you're better off with A1 . Restaurant was clean and organized and people were very attentive to your needs .
I went to David Burke's tonight I was expecting what everybody else would typically welcome to receive. That is a beautiful atmosphere outstanding service and a meal that's worthy of remembering. Last time I expect they are in the service business to provide a level of service that is par excellence. It's understood when you go to a casino you pay a premium typically a restaurant is about a 300% markup over cost when you go to a casino it's significantly more it's 600% plus over cost so there is no room for substandard performance there is no excuse for substandard delivery. I sat at the bar one person myself it was very busy it's a Saturday night at a few minutes after 5:00 a bartender came over provided me menus asked me if there's something I would like and I ordered a glass of wine off of the menu. She asked if there's anything else I'd like to order. I inquired if there was any bread she says yes I'll bring it right out to you. I then said I'd like the beef carpaccio I'd like the filet mignon medium rare she said you want it rare I said no medium rare please. And then I said I'd like the cream spinach on the side.. if you never been to David Burke whether you're sitting at a table or at the bar you get a linen cloth for your lap and the silverware is typically wrapped in it . I received silverware that was wrapped in a throwaway paper towel napkin sit on the side. There's nobody else in the entire bar or restaurant that gets what I received. I didn't make a big deal about it okay so I'm a nobody and I guess I'm treated like a low-level bum accordingly so here's your paper napkin. Within 5 minutes the steak is brought out and the cream spinach is brought out and I asked the runner I said well where's the bread where's the appetizer and I get this deer in the headlight look. And her responses I don't know this is all I was told to bring out. I said well isn't it custom to bring out bread first and then an appetizer and then the meal. And her response was what do you want me to do you want me to take it back and keep it warm? Well let's see I'm going to spend $150 and I want you to take something to keep it warm so it dries out and overcooks let's have some level of intelligence here and think that you screwed up and I shouldn't have to tell you what should be done to write the wrong because if I do it just proves that the people that are training you are incompetent. So I said you know what just cancel everything else and I'll eat this because why bring it back to the kitchen for 10 minutes or 15 minutes and then I will show up and now the steak is going to be overcooked. A gentleman behind the bar asked me if everything is okay and I explained to him I said look I asked for bread I was told it was going to come out everybody else has it I didn't get it I asked for beef carpaccio as an appetizer other people get an appetizer when they requested I got nothing. And I said you know what you see that girl behind the bar she's incompetent and she should be fired. I told this individual that it's not as if I'm a table of six or eight and we ordered a lot of different items and one is incorrect so 24 items are ordered and one is not right this is one person ordering four things and 50% are wrong. But actually it's more because I got a paper napkin while everybody else has a linen napkin. So this individual is very polite he says look I remember you from the week before I'm sorry I apologize it's like I don't want your apology I don't come here for an apology I want things done just as everybody else is receiving them I sent quite frankly she should be fired. He tells me well she's still learning she's new and my responses it's Saturday night you don't put a trainee behind the bar to take orders from people when they have no idea what they're doing I said I own a business it was much smaller than what David Burke has

The food was very good, but it took nearly 15 minutes for drinks to be delivered to our table at a total of 30 minutes before our order was taken. Be prepared for an incredibly noisy experience because there is no separation from the restaurant to the rest of the casino. Overall, I would not return based on a lack of service and ambience.
Everything from the amazing food, to the excellence of our server, to the beautiful ambiance, and to the delicious drinks was all an incredible experience! We have dined at David Burke's several times and each time everything has been on-point. Amazing place!!
The steaks were good! My husband said it's the best steak ever! It was his birthday and Mia was the best! Great customer service! She deserves a raise! Great personality and energy! She made sure we had everything we needed and more! We will return.
We have been going to this restaurant for many years and decided to go back to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. I had mentioned this occasion on the open table website and assumed the restaurant was informed. We don't get to this particular restaurant often as we live in New York area. First, the greeting we got from the front desk was less than friendly. The host was matter of fact and put us at a table in the back of the restaurant almost on top of the kitchen prep area, even though there were empty tables at better locations. We asked to be moved and we were. Nothing was mentioned about our anniversary and when told to our waitress, she had half glasses of champagne given to us for the occasion. We were extremely disappointed in the greeting we received upon entering and the seating. The service and food were acceptable. Would not return to this location again.
