We have dined at this location many times. We know what we are getting into, it is a loud, overpriced, but good meal with solid service. Our experience last night was deplorable. The food was OK (though the stewed grey chunks of steak trimmings being served as a protein add-on to a salad should be criminal at a steakhouse). The service (dare I say, what service?) was BAD. Our server took our drink order, delivered them and took our food order, and then disappeared. She reappeared three times after that fact: Once, a surprisingly long time after we politely asked a busser to find our server, again when she dropped of our check, and finally when she brought back our card. My husband's empty glass from his first drink (he only was able to secure two all evening) sat on our table all evening. And it was a LONG evening. 90 minutes left alone with our dirty dishes, half-eaten overpriced leftovers, empty glasses, and a pounding headache from the way-too-loud music and the corporate bros screaming over the soundtrack to their table mates. PAINFUL. We were stranded, and I spotted two other tables in the mix that were in the same spot we were. Similarly abandoned...stuck watching the tables around you turn over as meals quickly progressed and beverages were poured. When our server (we never got her name) reappeared after we launched the search party, she apologized and explained she had a large table in the back and that it was her mistake. While the explanation is appreciated, her fixing the problem (or getting help) would have been much preferred. Nothing changed after that interaction. . We don't have the chance to get out often. We come to Foxwoods to enjoy ourselves... drink, eat, and spend too much. We ate, hardly drank, and definitely spent too much - but it was a disappointing experience. We will be going elsewhere moving forward.

I had my second dry aged steak was nothing close to the one I had at Peter Lugar's in Vegas back in October that steak u could cut with a butter knife David Burkes was very tough

I wanted to love this spot, but sadly did not because my $159 porterhouse steak was overcooked. We asked for medium/medium rare and one side had multiple pieces that were well done and very chewy. The wait staff was incredible, and the restaurant did give us a $40 discount because of it, but it was so disappointing that it happened. I feel like at a place of high caliber with high prices should know better. The cotton candy at the end was a nice touch and the $26 piece of chocolate cake was massive. The sides were good, but again, the steak, which was the star of the show, was a let down. The waitstaff was fantastic though; all the servers and bussers really did an excellent job and felt better knowing that my 20% tip was going to them.

This was our third visit. The first 2 visits were exceptional but we were disappointed in this visit. My husband ordered lampchops medium rare and they were completely brown inside. I ordered a wedge salad with bacon and the bacon was missing. Not a big deal as I wasn't charged for it. My brother in law ordered prime rib medium and it was completely red inside. They did take it back and brought it back but still red inside. Waitress was pleasant but rarely came back to check in with us. For the prices we were expecting better service and food.

We had a 6:30 reservation showed up at the desk about 6:25 was a large heavy set black guy behind the counter talking to a small Spanish guy and I let them talk. They look like they were working. Let them talk to each other. Waiting for something to acknowledge me and with that one went left. One went right and just left me standing at the counter. Finally, young girl walks over and tried to make a joke out of it. I had requested a booth. She immediately brings me a table in the middle of the room and then finally someone who looked like they were in charge. A young lady walked over and said you were supposed to have a booth. If you want to follow us, we'll move you over to a booth. I had your special lobster tail in steak. Steak was okay. Not great. Lobster tail was not very good at all. My wife had clam's casino. I tasted one when she complained about them and it was like somebody took a bunch of bread crumbs and shoved them into a shell. My server was very good. The place is overpriced for what it is probably won't go back
