My wife and I had an amazing dinner last night at David Burke Prime! The atmosphere was fun and we appreciated the sophisticated wine list! Shout out to our server James who helped us pick out our delicious dry aged cowboy ribeye and Mike who made us a killer table side Caesar salad. Thanks for our perfect date night dinner!
We made a reservation and were seated in one of the cowhide bankers, a four top at which we were the two diners. Our server, Shayanna, was prompt with our orders and very personable we liked her a lot. I had never had a dry aged steak before but had to try it. It was as good as Shay promised, crispy on the outside and juicy, earthy on the inside. My husband had the prime rib which was also phenomenal!
