The food was actually surprisingly better than expected. The down side was that even though Foxwoods has done some really good improvements and upgrades, HardRock has kept up. Not sure if it is part of Foxwoods future plans but it needs to at least do some housekeeping. While waiting for the rest of our party we sat at the bar and it was worn out and sticky everywhere.

Service was just okay, could've been a little more attentive. Too long to get drinks, out of an item and made their own substitutions without asking, no plates given for appetizers. Bathroom was dirty and out of toilet paper in 2/3 stalls for the woman's room. Food is a little on the pricey side for what you get and not great service.

My husband and I, together with our parents enjoyed a great meal. Our server Tasha was super friendly and attentive. She answered all our menu questions and helped us to determine how to collectively use our rewards toward the bill. I loved the noodle bowl - very fresh and bursting with flavor.
Drinks were pretty decent, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t great and the service was slow. I probably wouldn’t come back, but the drinks were the highlight.

Most restaurant at Foxwoods are walk in only. You can't make reservations-- which means you could be waiting 30 minutes just to get into the restaurant. Hard Rock Cafe lets you make reservations in person or via online through google or Opentable. Makes eating less stressful knowing you have a place.
The food was as expected for any Hard Rock-- nice and juicy. Also the staff seem authentic in kindness and also coolness in hard rock/metal. We ate there yesterday 9/1/25 with our two young kids. They spilled a bunch of cereal on the floor and everyone was so nice despite our mess. Shout out to our waitress Charlene who was so kind and nice to them. She took care of us so well-- really gave us a solid impression of the Hard Rock Brand. Would come back again during our next trip to Great Wolf Lodge!!!

Came in with my son and he got the chicken sliders, he liked those. I had the BBQ combo,figured I'd spend a little more than i usually do on dinner these days. The chicken was very, very dry, the pulled pork was mediocre, the slaw needs more dressing but the fries were super hot!! The BBQ sauce was the killer for me, very acidic and basic. The waitress was friendly and accommodating, and love the tunes!!
