Service was absolutely horrible. Been here before. Liked it then. Going downhill. Will not go back. Was here with 6 friends tonight. Server forgot about us. No one bussed the table. Took 50 minutes for food. Burgers were the size of sliders! But most of all... service was terrible. (By multiple people we had to ask for service. All were horrible. No drink refills. Waiting for food forever and it came out cold. Asked to gave dusted cheated to make room on our tables and waitress walked about shaking her head! We weren't rude. We asked to be paid attention to. ) never even came back to see if we needed anything or how the food was.. after it was dropped.

I was very disappointed to be informed the well advertised happy hour was only allowed at the bar. This fact was not shown on the website. I am in a wheelchair and was asked if I wanted to sit at the bar? I dont think that would work. We stayed, but felt it could have been handled better. The place was not very busy at all. It was Sunday around 430 in the afternoon. We have been before and happy hour was included in the whole restaurant, at the maybe you should reconsider the happy hour to patrons in wheelchairs who cant sit in the high bar chairs.

I was at your establishment tonight with my job and I ordered 2 shots of tequila and I was given 2 mixed drinks and told that the bartender didn’t feel comfortable serving me shots believe me I’m 69 years old and I know when I’ve had to much to drink how dare you pass judgment on me when I just sat down at your bar very poor customer service

I've been to many Hardrocks and unfortunately this one didn't make the cut. The board up front said kids eat for $8, then when I asked they said no it's only on the bunch menu. My daughters kids burger didn't even fill the bun was extremely small compared to the bun. My grilled chicken had a bunch of hard pieces which didn't make it enjoyable to eat. It was lacking with music videos and sound. Just my opinion;)
I went on August 31 with my boyfriend and two of my friends. We sat at the bar. We all ordered drinks and food. I was starving since I hadn’t eaten all day. The bar tender Colton was awesome. I had specifically said I didn’t want any kind of scallion in my food. He was right on top of it and made sure to check my food before serving it. He was extremely attentive and fun to engage with. The food was outstanding and the service was top notch! So happy with this experience and everyone I was with enjoyed their food and had a good time while we were there. Thank you for such great service!!!
I feel like I need to write a review about my experience because as most know traveling with family can be STRESSFUL. I would love to say the Mac and cheese last Monday was the highlight of my trip,but it was the service ! Our server Charlene really just made my day after a ROUGH day traveling . As a retired server myself it is so nice to see there is still servers out there that go above and beyond for their customers!

The food was delish, but our server was great. She was upbeat, personable, and kept up on us even on a busy Saturday holiday weekend! Thank you Charlene for making mine and my family’s first time there so enjoyable! We will be back and I will make sure to request you!
We went in for dinner yesterday and I had the mushroom Swiss burger, it was great ! Our server Charlene was so sweet and tentative, and suggested a delicious drink I loved too. She took good care of us and made sure our drinks were never empty . She definitely made for a delightful experience with her charming personality and attention to our table. We will be requesting her on our next visit, the service she gave is hard to come by these days, we were grateful. Be back soon !

We have been here a few times. We came for dinner last night it was fantastic. First to say our waitress Charlene was fantastic. We had ordered wings (The Barbecue) are our favorites. Then we had our main dinner. My husband ordered Ribs I had a Caesar salad. Which was also great. There was a few things I asked our waitress to make sure they did not put in the salad and definitely made sure of. Of course we were full but we still were offered dessert and we took a piece of cheesecake to go. Everything was fantastic and we will be back there in a few weeks. We are hoping to have same waitress cause she definitely did her job.
Dietary restrictions: A few things in salad I asked to have removed and had no issue.
Worst wings ever. was told they were giant came out with 6 of the smallest chicken nuggets ive ever had. Service was awful waitor took forever. My friend orders bacon cheese fries got charged for it but no cheese nor bacon the wings were the same that you get at stop and shop. For 3 people it was about $200 for worse then fast food qaulity will not be coming here again total waste of money. Definitely better options out there

Went to Hard rock tonight and had the best experience! Our waitress Ellie was the only one running the floor and let me tell you she was rockingggg it!!! She had at least 8 or 9 tables but you would have never guessed with how attentive she was ! We never wanted or needed for anything! She recommended the sweet and spicy bone in wings and they were the best I’ve ever had ! We also had a couple of delicious margaritas and the fajitas and ribs for our main course’s. Thank you Ellie for making our experience so memorable, we will definitely be back !!!!!!!

I stopped here last night while visiting from out of state. I was blown away by the hospitality ,and the engaging personality of the server. Her name is Charlene. What a joy to talk to! Anyways, the bone in naked wings were the best I ever had, and I loved how quick the service was. I never wanted, or needed for anything as the server woman was on top of things before we even asked. Great Experience!!!

My husband I had an amazing night out. Our meal was spot on and our waitress Charlene was excellent!! She was very courteous, didn’t leave us waiting for refills and just overall was a pleasure to have to talk with and accommodated everything for our first visit there.
