Our server kept forgetting about use and couldn't keep his lies straight. First time he forgot us he told us he just got here for his shift and so he didn't realize he had our table. The second time he forgot about us he said and I quote, "Sorry about that I'm tired as I've been here all day." WELL WHICH ONE IS IT... DID YOU JUST GET HERE OR BEEN HERE ALL DAY. Add to that a Salmon that was hard as a brick... not the best night for the Hard Rock Cafe'.

The menu is good. We had great burgers and the Messi Crispy Chicken sandwich was so good. The kids loved the kids menu too.

I brought a group of 9 6 of the orders were wrong the manager asked about the meal but never offered any break for lousy food and average service

The food was good. The pulled pork sandwich and fries delivered. The onion rings were also good. Service was an issue. Ordered our drinks and food immediately. Both took, in my opinion, much too long to get to the table. Also, asked our server for silverware and condiments three times before getting them. Pricey (but you're at Foxwoods) but not too bad for a casino. Atmosphere is good, but very noisy.

The food was actually surprisingly better than expected. The down side was that even though Foxwoods has done some really good improvements and upgrades, HardRock has kept up. Not sure if it is part of Foxwoods future plans but it needs to at least do some housekeeping. While waiting for the rest of our party we sat at the bar and it was worn out and sticky everywhere.
Cendy was absolutely incredible! So over bad food and bad service. Can’t wait to come back and request her!!!!

Service was just okay, could've been a little more attentive. Too long to get drinks, out of an item and made their own substitutions without asking, no plates given for appetizers. Bathroom was dirty and out of toilet paper in 2/3 stalls for the woman's room. Food is a little on the pricey side for what you get and not great service.
