I guess they were short staffed so we didn't get drinks for about 20 minutes. The food was good and there was a wait on the food too. I had noted that we were there for a birthday celebration and that was not even mentioned. I was a little disappointed.
Had reservations but hostess didn't even want to talk to me it was bizarre then she said we had to wait for a table so I asked if we could sit at the bar she said ok I will let you know when your table is ready. I asked the bartender and she told us we could sit anywhere
The advertisement stated Kids Eat Free on Tuesday with purchase of adult meal. NOWHERE in small print stated it has to be „specialty entree „. The writers had a major attitude about that! Party of 9 we asked to split the bill and again in a rude voice we were told now. Overall experience, what just OK. The food was moderate but kids burger and fries looked like adult meal.
Six of us all had great meals — a few got the Cobb salad, someone got the noodle bowl, and someone else got a burger. Everyone was very happy with their food. Their drinks are yummy and very large lol Our server was excellent, very knowledgeable, professional and nice!!
The place was empty, drinks took a while to come, burger was dry and 20.00. Kids meals were I think 12 or 14. Fries were good.
Food was good but the service made the experience - our server was Excellent - very attentive and friendly.
Gluten-free and pescatarian, decided on the mushroom Swiss burger with a veggie patty, it was amazing. When the server brought it out she noticed the kitchen had given fries and mentioned that while they provided gluten free bun the fries were not part of that menu and offered mashed potatoes or a salad instead. Great service.
Messi sandwich with crispy seasoned fries was absolutely delicious. Hidden gem of a restaurant in Foxwoods beyond the normal crowds.
Server was great. Food was solid to above average. The value was a bit overpriced but Hard Rocks always have a cool vibe.
We had a great Mother's Day brunch. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful. Food was delicious too. If anyone is at Foxwoods they need to go to Hard Rick Cafe.

Came for daughters 7th bday she enjoyed thoroughly and the staff totally understood she didn't want the whole place singing for her
I can say for sure I would not return to this restaurant. I made reservations at the Hard Rock for 3 on Tuesday, April 22 at 8 PM. We arrived approximately 15 minutes early. There was a group of five waiting ahead of us. No one was at the door to greet customers. After about 10 minutes, a young man came and greeted the party ahead of us and asked them if they had a reservation. They said no. He replied that he needed to clear some space and he could make room for them. He did not ask anyone else if they had reservations. He came back another 10 minutes later and escorted the first party to a table. Five minutes after that, I was greeted and I told him we had a reservation for 3 at 8pm. It was roughly 8:05 at this point. He brought us to a table and told us about the memorabilia and said a server would be right with us. We were not greeted by a server for at least another 10 minutes and she never even stopped at the table. She flew by and said she'd be with us shortly. After yet another 10 mins, a male waiter walked by and asked if someone had taken our drink order yet. We said no and he said he'd be back. He returned in about 5 mins and took both the drink order and food order. Each drink arrived separately, the final drink arriving at 8:51pm. A soda, a milk shake and a mocktail. 46 minutes to get drinks. Our food arrived at 9:27 (again, each order arrived separately, so we're all waiting to eat until we all have food). Over an hour and 20 minutes to get our meals. We were told they were short staffed. I understand this issue, but for starters, you should not be seating people if you can't accommodate them efficiently. They shouldn't have seated anyone without a reservation and should have told customers how behind they were so they could choose go elsewhere. Seating people when you can't serve them properly burdens your staff when they are already overwhelmed and wastes your customers time. Offering to at least comp our drinks would have been a nice gesture.
My family and I celebrated Easter Sunday and my 60th birthday at HRC Foxwoods. We had a great server “Ty” Tyler who made our event even better Always attentive and checked in on us a number of times. Very personable We had an excellent time Thank you!
It was perfect!! A great time at the bar w my bestie before our concert. I would only complain about the casino does NOT have good signage so it was difficult to locate. And QUITE a distance from Foxwood tower theater. The restaurant itself was awesome.
Service was absolutely horrible. Been here before. Liked it then. Going downhill. Will not go back. Was here with 6 friends tonight. Server forgot about us. No one bussed the table. Took 50 minutes for food. Burgers were the size of sliders! But most of all... service was terrible. (By multiple people we had to ask for service. All were horrible. No drink refills. Waiting for food forever and it came out cold. Asked to gave dusted cheated to make room on our tables and waitress walked about shaking her head! We weren't rude. We asked to be paid attention to. ) never even came back to see if we needed anything or how the food was.. after it was dropped.
