My husband and I went there for the first time. We have been to Foxwoods so many times but never went to High Rollers primarily because we thought it was only for HIGH ROLLERS. I think an adjustment to the name would bring in more people. Just a thought. Facility is beautiful and the bartender and hostess were amazing. We will definitely go back.
Let me start this review by saying, my bf and I called ahead of time asking if we can JUST bowl or do we have to order food/drinks while we bowl. The hostess who answered the phone said we can just go bowl, we don’t have to order anything. So we were like awesome, we’ll go to Hell’s Kitchen then go bowling.
So, we get there, a nice gentleman told us where to go so we can play a lane. The girl who helped at the front desk was sweet. We gave her an ID, and debit card to hold (their policy) which was fine.
We got to our lane, put our shoes on and got ready to bowl. A server named Stephanie approached us and introduced herself, and put menus in front of us. We said we’re good for now! And she said she’d check back. When she did check back, we had said we’re good, thank you so much, we already had dinner. She didn’t realize that I realized her total shift in tone. Anyway, we finish bowling, remove bowling shoes, put our regular shoes on and head to the front.
While we’re cashing out for the bowling, the girl at the front walker talkie-d our waitress asking the price for our lane (if we ordered anything). And I hear over the walkie talkie, “lane 4?” THEN I hear Stephanie (who obviously didn’t see us at all) come up to front telling the girl “nothing, they’re LITERALLY getting nothing” and she rolls her eyes. The she SEES us ip front and kind of stops in her tracks. The girl at the front acted “confused”, looked at me and asked me if I knew who my server was, I said yes… her… and pointed to Stephanie.
Bowling in general there was awesome. Lanes were beautiful. Nice bowling balls and shoes. I know servers live off tips. I used to serve @ many places. She was beyond unprofessional, and rude. But, Stephanie, read the room. And next time, don’t be obnoxiously rude. Look around and make sure the people you’re talking about aren’t around. You sure changed your tune when you saw us up front.
The tables should be separate so the serves make their money & the people who don’t want to drink/eat can go bowling.
I cannot say enough good things about the woman who helped me plan a group event at high rollers. Lori was professional, kind, knowledgeable, she truly went above and beyond for me answering any questions i had, and helping me plan my event- not only that but she did it with ease. She is absolutely fantastic at her job.
When finalizing our booking Lori helped me with menu choices, and was accommodating for allergies and my preferences on how the event should go. What stood out to me was her genuine kindness and care for her clients and making sure they have a nice time with the event she’s planning. I’ve been in the service industry and customer service industry for a while and the kindness Lori always has shown me is something you cannot fake. She is a gem to this company.
Thank you Lori, high rollers, and BNEG for all your help!
This place has a bowling alley, pool, a bar area, and an arcade. Ambient vibes.
2 stars because I had fun with my friends. The service was terrible. Almost $500 for 4 people to bowl.... And our server was nowhere to be found. We had to keep going to the bar to get our drinks because noone was waiting on us and even the pizza included in our package we had to ask for at the bar when we had under an hour left and hadn't seen it yet. Really terrible. You guys need to do better if you're going to charge people exorbitant amounts for "fancy bowling". Until you fulfull the contract on YOUR side, you shouldnt be putting suggested gratuity down on the contracts.... Don't waste your money. Needless to say they did not get the full "suggested gratuity".
Only because you can't post "0 STARS"!!! "ONE' hour (so 2 games) 3 people, 4 vodka/sodas, with an "EXPECTED" tip... !!!$260.00!!! Waitress came over ONCE in that hour! All the staff acted like we were a burden and definitely didn't want to be there. Ridiculous!!!
We’ve passed by High Rollers multiple times and finally decided to try them out. I’m so glad we did because we had so much fun!
The atmosphere is classy and the energy is positively high!

That should add more lines
Thank you so much for a phenomenal experience!! We came in last week, and have not stopped raving about the time we had.
I want to thank Justine for giving me the most hospitable and welcoming service I’ve had in years. I will never forget how special she made me feel. I recently graduated as a Registered Nurse, and even though we didn’t tell anyone, she knew we were celebrating and went out of her way to cater to us.
Our server recommended the best cocktails and food. What a great asset to this company.
Thank you for everything.

I held my wedding rehearsal dinner at High Rollers Luxury Lanes & Sports Lounge and it was a blast! When we toured the venue we were able to see the food offerings and option to add private lanes for our guests. The manager met me before the start of our event to answer any questions and made sure to check in with me throughout the night. We had a few tree nut allergies in the group that High Rollers was able to accommodate as well, putting me at ease. This is a fantastic idea for a group party and especially a rehearsal dinner to help everyone get some nerves out!
This place is full of great vibes! I had great time playing, eating and drinking here for multiple occasions.Interiors are cohesively and entertainingly designed. Bowling alleys are super cool. Pool tables are beautifully maintained and look so attractive. And very intelligently, they do not try to be a restaurant with culinary excellence. Because they are not. The wings are fried and seasoned perfectly to my liking and so cannot care less if they are previously frozen. The pizza was tasty enough and once again, I don’t care if it’s frozen from Cisco purveyor. The IPA was cold and awesome. Pricing was more than reasonable.I highly recommend this place if you are looking for entertainment besides(or in addition to) gambling during your trip to Foxwoods Casino.
I usually don’t write reviews and for the most part really understanding bc I work in customer service but the way the older guy treated me and my guest tonight was unbelievably rude. I had booked a birthday bash reservation online for 9 people and gotten help by Sophie who was extremely accommodating and helpful. She even got me a $10 discount on one of the people in my party who didn’t want to bowl. We signed a contract which was about $50 per person + $40 for the one person who didn’t bowl plus a few fees which were understandable. It was a nice ally for people who don’t bowl regularly and the atmosphere was nice. The waiter was attentive and got us drinks, foods, helped us with our lane, etc etc. The reason why I’m giving the 2 stars is because when it came time to pay (in our contract, which i attached, it says that we could use up to 3 cards and cash) which we had . The bill was upwards of $500 (which we knew in advance but already thought out how everyone was going to pay bc it was a party of 9). We had 2 people paying cash and 3 cards. The waiter asked, who I assume is the manger, an older guy, to assist him with our payment. This is where it went downhill. First the manger said that they usually don’t take split payments but today they’d make an exception. He was going to do the math but maybe it was too hard for him?? We then told him it’s fine we’ll split it between two cards, 1 card would pay for 4 people and the other for the rest. He again tried to do the math then said that we were an inconvenience and if we wanted to split it we’d have to do the math ourselves. I just think it was crazy that on your contract it says we could split between 3 cards and cash but when I ask to split between 2 cards I’m an inconvenience. Maybe if you don’t want to do the math add to your contract that you can only take one card. My party and I ended up using one persons card and figuring the math out ourselves later in the night.
Private event. Food and service were amazing!
