I got extremely sick from the salmon. I called and spoke with someone who said the owner would reach out. It’s been over a week now so I think it’s safe to say I won’t be receiving a call. I wonder if the bogo bowl deal was because they wanted to get rid of food that was going bad soon? Hmm or maybe just a coincidence. Sucks because I absolutely love Poké.

Went there at 11:15am they were not open yet the food was out and looked like it was left from yesterday. No covers on the veggies. I yelled hello and a young gentleman came out from out back and I asked when are you opening and he replied I don’t know maybe in an hour or two despite the hours being from 11-8. Will never eat there again this was the 3rd time they were not open on time. Lack of management and now I question the cleanliness and freshness of the food being served! Store not open yet food items looked as if they had been serving for hours already:

The 2 gentleman that were working tonight were wonderful to my daughter and her friend. Went above and beyond and even remembered them from when they came in a couple weeks ago!!!!! Great experience!!!! Highly recommend!

We just showed up 10mins after calling ahead today (3:30pm ish) saying we were coming, just to arrive to no one behind the counter. Stood there for a few mins, called out, and still no one. Even if they were taking a break, seems odd that not one staff person would have been keeping an eye out for customers. We watched several groups walk by very disappointed as well.

Bootleg pokemoto. Spam musibi had a weird taste and spam didn’t look cooked with rice being dry. The Tara milk tea tasted like watery milk with a hint of taro taste. Glad I spent the minimal. Won’t be coming back

This Pokemoto was the worst. The salmon and tuna are insanely watery. There are no efforts to fix this issue. Very understaffed and understocked. I waited like 10 full minutes to even order my meal. The boba is very bitter and watered down. I am very unimpressed. I will never buy from here again. Groton Pokemoto is on top fr. I don’t play with my Pokemoto, and today they chose the wrong day. They have lost a customer forever. Don’t Buy

Shout out to the team leader over there assured me of the quality of the protein and made sure my bowl was made to my liking. I tried spam misubi roll for the first time and I enjoyed it. Best addition to the tanger outlets and it’s not even close

This is the best poke bowl I've ever eaten. I had salmon and tuna with a number of mix ins and the ponzu fresh sauce. I wish I had 2 stomachs so I could get another one.

Called to get directions because I didn’t know what part of the casino the restaurant was in or closest place to park… was told by the lady who answered she was too busy and hung up on.

Ordered 40 minutes before closing, but they couldnt be bothered to make one more order. Waited an hour before they just cancelled the order. Nothing else is open around this time so looks like Im just not going to eat tonight.

Why would you even accept the order if you’re going to sit there and not make my order

My family and I ended up getting three poke bowls and they were fresh. Tasty! Would definitely go there again. Not the greatest location to sit and eat. Not many seats but definitely worth the food
