Waited over 45 minutes for my order and it was wrong. Then had to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix it. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs

I ordered 2 Grande drinks and was given just one and it was the wrong drink. The correct drink was written on the cup. When I complained, they threw the drink away, and proceeded to make me just one drink, again. When I mentioned that it was two, they ignored me. Come to this Starbucks if you want to be disappointed.

Just horrible service. After ordering I asked for my receipt for work. I got told that I'd have to wait a while for receipt, since the cashier started taking another customers order. Long story short, I asked the manager for a refund and next thing you know per the staff working I find myself in an altercation getting spit on, sworn at pushed,shoved and threatened with still no refund. Horrible customer service!

my experience here was wonderful. the baristas were super nice and very fast getting my order to me!! not to mention that the location is super continent for grabbing a quick drink before going shopping.

I get the same americano beverage at any starbucks i go to and here it tasted awful. Like burnt paper. And its more expensive than the usual Starbucks because its in the casino. What a waste.
This Starbucks is located right at the entrance of the Tanger Outlets. This is a small Starbucks with only a few seats, but that’s not a big deal. The drinks we ordered were made perfectly and in a short amount of time. If you are in the casino or shopping, stop by and grab a drink.
