We went there and it was so crowded one time but we didn't mind they were short staffed which is understandable especially during the pandemic. The waiter kept saying he was very sorry for our wait which was nice. Our breakfast came and it was very good. When it came time to pay the check he came over and said you folks have been patient, kind and this breakfast is on me. Have a lovely day. We tipped him very well. That's was superb costumer service.
We were there for breakfast after a snow storm. Only 2servers showed up for work. The wait was very long but the staff was wonderful about updating us on the time they thought the wait might be. When we did get seated the food was fantastic and the service above par. They handled the stress with class. I will make sure to visit them again.
My husband and I usually eat here for breakfast when staying at Foxwoods. There is a nice view of the area surrounding Foxwoods casino through the windows that stretch the length of the restaurant. We usually sit by the windows so we can look out. Free coffee refills and a nice selection on the menu. Staff is courteous and attentive without hovering.
