The customer service person, Nikki, is not consumer friendly. She is frequently rude, sarcastic, and condescending. If you ask for the takeout to be securely wrapped due to previous bag spillage, she ignores your request. And, when you call back to politely report spillage due to poor wraping, she places you on hold until you hang up, and if you leave a message requesting a call back ....nobody does.🙁 The food is TOO SALTY! .

Very good food the cook came over and introduced himself to us very nice and generous thr food was good they give a good amount also and the music was great... place was kind of small but a good atmosphere.

The food was great. The i went when it wasn't very busy but it still took a little longer than expected for the food. I guess that's what it takes to get good soul food. Their prices are reasonable. The place is a little small but it had a nice atmosphere. I would go there again to something different on the menu.

I been here three times in 2024 and never had a bad meal, I highly recommend it. If you go on a Sunday, just go after 4, that ends the Sunday brunch DJ. It's a small place so you can hear yourself talk.

My partner and I stopped in for lunch on our way up to Portland, ME and I’m already sad it will be a long time before we’re in the area again. This tucked away hidden gem was an absolute delight. The service was quick and great. The menu is filled with yummy dishes and the quality of the food was exceptional. Don’t sleep on this one!

Stacey you were phenomenal, I appreciate the way you were with Amira( my baby) you were attentive and courteous!!! The flavors in each dish were perfectly balanced. I didn't get to take a picture of the soul rolls, but those were top tier!!! I will definitely be back everything was amazing! 10/10!!!!!!!!

This place is nasty. If you look quick it’s nice, but the more you look the worse it gets. The food is good, if you can get past all the hair in it. The bathroom was horrifying, and the toilet doesn’t work. Hope this helps.
