“We have been ordering take out once a week for several months now! Have tried many different meals! Everything is freshly made and delicious! This is our go to restaurant! Highly recommend! Tonight we chose Chicken Marsala with vegetables and Roasted Potatoes along with their freshly baked Italian bread, salad and dipping olive oil! Best dining around!”

“This is such a great restaurant. Love the atmosphere here and the beauty of the place itself. The food is great. The happy hour food menu however is minimal and seriously lacking options. Also, the service at the bar is often very slow unfortunately.”

“Snapper was good and the skirt steak was flavorful. All the staff was friendly. It did take a while to get our food but the waitress brought out plantain chips with a dip while we waited. I gave 4 stars because of how long the food took but, I know its because it's cooked fresh at order. I would absolutely eat here again.”

“Our family has been to many different pizza places but for some reason uptowns pizza is one of the best pizza pies around especially if you add mushrooms.Not only is the pizza amazing but we get the honey bbq wings with the bone and ranch dressing instead of blue cheese and it blows your mind it is so good the chicken is tender and the skins not grisly it is cooked perfectly. “We stopped at Ilianos because the other place we had planned to dine at was closed for some reason. They gave us complimentary pizza slices to try, bread with our meals, and the portions were huge, enough to have dinner the next day! The food was all good as well and the server was very nice!”

Moved here from Manchester, CT and could not find a pizza we liked here in Meriden, CT, tried them all until we hit on Chef's Hat Pizza and we now get something from them every Saturday night. Love, love, love this restaurant. Owner, delivery man and owners niece are just the greatest. So glad we finally found them. You really need to check them out.”
