Hibachi was great! They were fast and put on a good show! Food was yummy and not too salty (which is common in most hibachi I've tried on the area). Would absolutely recommend!Dietary restrictions: They were very sensitive to a dairy allergy in our party which was great!
My daughter was going off to college and wanted hibachi before she left. We called the place we would normally go to in Hamden only to be told they no longer cook at the teppan tables (since the pandemic). So we decided to try Sakimura on the recommendation of friends and it was a great experience! I hadn’t been to this restaurant since before Covid and I as very pleasantly surprised. The layout of the place has been updated. After all this time, the manager remembered us. The service was excellent and so was the food.
