On our way back from a roadtrip to Boston stopped at a charging station and happened upon this Wayback burger. My wife ordered through DoorDash because it was pouring rain. Went in not too long after and our order was almost complete. There was only two workers but they were a good team. Wayback Burgers was a really good experience food wise. The burgers were fresh and hot, the topics were crisp and just enough. Onion rings were tasty and not over salted. Fries were a bit over done, crispy. The atmosphere was a bit dark for my taste - dark walls with a dark floor and dark ceiling. I think if the walls were lightened a couple of shades, and the bathrooms were cleaner, I would have rated it even higher. Exceptional food. Onion rings right out of the fryer. Burger hot and made to order. Guy taking order was polite and friendly. For what this place is (fast food burgers) you can't beat it. 5 min wait for a fresh product.
