“Many KFCs in the CT area are hit or miss. Although, this Meriden location is always kept clean and the staff stays friendly. Hopefully this stays the way it is, we all know customer service and cleanliness are on the decline across the board in the fast food restaurant genre. “Went to the Haven Hot Chicken in North Haven with my son. I got The Sandwich with Medium heat, and my son got The Sandwich with Haven heat and fries. The sandwiches and fries were delicious. The workers there were courteous and helpful explaining about the different heat levels. The place has a great atmosphere and was clean.“

“Stopped by for take out. Seafood combo of scallops (large) shrimp and clams over linguine. Lots of chopped clams in the mix olive oil and garlic sauce. Absolutely delicious. My friend had veal picata over linguine. He enjoyed as well. Decor was not what I expected. Felt a bit like a refurbished diner. I think they could add additional Tuscan flavor to help make the in house dining more inviting. But, the food was the star and female waitstaff extremely friendly. You won't be disappointed“
“My wife and I had the opportunity for a late lunch today. This was our second trip to the this location. We went back because ALL the employees are extremely professional and there to provide the optimal experience. While we were dining several people came up to us asking if we needed a refill or if there was something else they could do to make our visit the best that it could be. There were a group of people at a larger table and i could see some badges. Chic-fil-a badges. I assumed on of them was the franchises owner and I was able to figure out who he was. This man as he was walking up to the counter and he asked how we were doing. He cared. He listened. It was TODD the owner. We had a great conversation and made us feel welcome. We complemented him on his location. I let him know the fresh waffle fries are what got my attention. Todd, congrats for what you have and what you are doing for your company. “Ok - wow. This was amazing. We were (re)watching Breaking Bad and all the talk about Los Pollos Hermanos made me crave some fried chicken. This place did not disappoint! We got the family order which is huge! Easily would feed a family of four, and our family of 2 adults has leftovers for at least another meal! The chicken was fried to perfection, juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside (also, we ordered this from door dash and the food was still perfectly crisp when it got to us). The biscuits were also ah-mazing.“
