I want to give it four stars if i received better customer service from staff and better food. staff were not very communicative or friendly. the kfc app showed my food was still preparing and i was not told that my food was sitting at the mobile order pickup. i ordered two chicken sandwiches and the chicken in one of the sandwiches was goey and a bit undercooked in the middle, gross. 🤢
Good location & looks very clean place hve drive through & parking
Not bad when you hungry

KFC, a popular fast food franchise, has mixed reviews for its Meriden location. While some customers have reported issues with the quality of the food, such as cold and small portions, others praise the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The restaurant is noted for its kid-friendly atmosphere and the addition of a kids meal option. However, there have been complaints about the parking situation, with only one exit for both the drive-through and parking lot. Overall, the location is commended for its cleanliness and customer service, but improvements could be made in terms of food quality and parking convenience.
