“11/09/24- I stopped by after work heading to the hotel and George was on duty. He was busy, but immediately acknowledged me and went to wash up and came back happy.
We discussed the subs and he recommended #34 Spcy Nachos Steak. He added the way it says, but without green 🫑, extra jalapeños.
This is day two experience and I don’t know if previous reviews were out of anger because I have had great customer service.
11/08/24- I haven’t been to a Subway in years and today I stopped by for the $6.99 special. I walked in and was loudly greeted by Ilvin who was friendly and made me feel like I’m an old customer. He made all the customers feel comfortable and happy to be there.
Subway has so many new meals I asked Ilvin about the different subs. Ilvin did not seem put out and he went over the breads, the meats and all the toppings. He made it easy to order but hard to choose 😋
I ordered #23 Hotshot Italiano Sub based on his recommendation and it did not disappoint because I enjoyed every bite.
He wasn’t stingy with the jalapeños and he added just enough sauce that it didn’t make the bread soggy.
Ilvin explained how to earn points. If he isn’t the manager he is manager material with his positive attitude. I asked about the other guy in the back and Ivin said they are a team. I was impressed he spoke well of his staff.
I leave in a week, but I may start eating a new subway every day thanks to Ilvin and my great experience! Ya Sabes! 😎
Kid-friendliness: I am sure they have a sub for every kid. If the kid is picky or not, chubby or thin there’s a sub on the menu for them.“

“Went at 9:00 pm, someone standing outside of the drive thru window. No car. I pull up to place an order waited 5 mins and no one even acknowledged they would be taking my order. Needless to say I left. They will not be getting my business. 4/13/22“
“This review would have been very different if I did not get in touch with the manager on duty (Jermaine). I appreciate your understand and quick resolution of the issue that had came up yesterday. Today's sandwich was delicious and just how I would like to enjoy. Jermaine you are great but I had to edit this post because I am on my 4th bite and found a long brown hair in my sandwich! Just called back and your shift had ended I appreciate all you have tried to do for me to resolve my first issue.... I would recommend hair nets or hats especially to those with longer hair“

“the subs are good but the man working there was so rude. I ordered my sub over the phone at 12:16 pm and they said they were slammed. The girl took my order and said give them 30 minutes. I got there 45 minutes layer, at 1pm and asked for my order. The man immediately started to verbally attacked me saying " we didn't know of you were coming, it's been over an hour, we didn't know if you were coming as he pointed to a grinder roll sitting off to the side with just meat and cheese on it. I said how long has it been sitting there? I didn't understand why it wasn't made and wrapped up and in a bag waiting for me. he again said we didn't know if you were coming. I again said how long is it been sitting there he said ma'am you know how long it's been sitting there I said no I don't know how long it's been sitting there he said man would you like another grinder I said it depends on how long it's been sitting there he again said me and would you like another grinder and I said yeah make me another grinder please and then he said me I'm have a good day he was asking me to leave he finally started a new grinder for me and then someone else finish it but I do not understand what that was all about I got there 45 minutes after I ordered it and he's giving me a hard time saying it was over an hour why wasn't the grinder made and in a bag on the Shelf waiting for me like the six of six other ones that were there on the Shelf were waiting for their people it's like he's singled me out as a as a customer was extremely extraordinarily rude to me for no reason I'm going to find out what his name is and I'm going to report him he doesn't belong working there he shouldn't be treating customers like that at all I did nothing wrong. he was the one that was cutting the meats and putting them on the bread“

“I gave it a 4 because out of 10 employees that works here there’s always one who is rude and I’m always lucky to get that guy every time I go here. You can’t help it there’s always going to be one bad apple but overall I’m pleased with the service and food. Time greeted every time I walk in and everyone (expect that one dude) is busy working on orders.“

“Made a quick stop on our way down south about 2 weeks ago. The 2 guys were working with the NICEST people I have met in a long time offering water for our dog (my husband had kept outside) and making small talk. Great atmosphere and good food. These guys made our day on a long trip“

Tonight the man working was helping a woman before us, she waited until the last second to complain about how the worker made her sandwich and she said “Your manager will be hearing from me” when he said “do you want me to remake it?” she said “no. let me pay so I can leave.”The man working tonight at this store on 5/23/24 was very kind to us, was attentive and made our sandwiches perfectly. He did not deserve to be treated like this by the previous customer. I hope he does not get reprimanded for it. Thank you!“

“I had purchased five $20 gift cards for my co-workers Christmas Gifts. I, then had purchased a small turkey sub with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and a bit of mayonnaise. The sub was delicious and filling. I will return with my clients to have lunch at the Cheshire, CT sandwich shop.“
“The two gentlemen that run the show during the lunch rush are amazing kind individuals. They always have a smile on there face and its refreshing to see people excited at work. My food always comes out perfect. Been coming in 1-2x a week the last 6 weeks and this is the best subway in the area.“

“Staff is friendly, food is good. I like to get lunch from this place.BMT or Tuna are/were my go-to subs...In light of news stories in regard to Subway Tuna fish not actually being Tuna, but instead some sort of mixture of other fishes, I will probably just stick with the BMT Subway subs moving forward. My choice of bread varies between the Italian or wheat, but I always get it with Provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, green peppers, black olives, jalapenos, and a dash of salt and pepper. Sometimes I get a splash of oil and vinegar, but often times I get it without it so I can let it sit or only eat half (six inches) and save the other half for later or the next day without the bread getting soggy.“
“I go every day to get coffee from my faves, Shelia and Camille! The Chai is my go-to, but I sometimes get a Caramel Macchiato from them if I need some more caffeine. Only issue is they always run out of bagels and pastries by around 11am and I'm lucky if I can get anything like that later on. Probably the best dining hall station on campus, but go early if you wanna get something to eat. They need to get more food inventory.“

“On Sunday, November 30th, 2025 at 7:40 PM a friend of mine and I were in the mood for Subway well, we opened the door to enter and my friend asked the male teenager worker if you guys were closed. The worker was mopping at the time. He told us that that Subway was closed. I thought your Subway closed at like 9/9:30 PM? I definitely been here before on a Sunday, I'm really confused! Especially since the hours are posted outside of the door. I feel like he just lied because he was mopping and didn't want us the mess up the floor or something. Like I said it was 7:49 PM. I will definitely understand if you guys had to close early for personal reasons. It's just how he went about it. I'm sorry to complain. I'm just letting you know just in case he wasn't supposed to do that. I doubt he is the business owner or has the authority to making that decision to close the restaurant early! Also, if the restaurant is closed the door should ALWAYS be locked!!!! I also doubt that money in the register is his! I don't know him , but from how he acted he's very irresponsible!!! 🤯 I will definitely be coming back but not on Sunday nights again. This is my first bad experience here so far. 🍀“

“I eat here periodically. It is always good. Quick. If I were to compare it to other-like sub shops (Subway, Potbelly’s, Jimmy John’s, etc.), I’d say it is at the top or tied with Potbelly’s.
I also just used them (through EZ Cater) to cater a work event for 45 people. I ordered 7 platters of grinders. The package came with bags of cookies and pasta, potato, and macaroni salads.
They included 70 bags of chips, sealed containers of mustard, onions, sliced peperonchini, mayonnaise, and 7 bottles of oil for the sandwiches.
I was delighted to find plates, napkins, and plastic utensils among the bags.
Delivery showed up at exactly the time requested.
The entire process was easy, and everything showed up as expected, and with a few pleasant surprises. My team thoroughly enjoyed everything.
I’d also add, that I placed this order within one day of the event. The fact they could support this, in this manner, on such short notice, is nothing short of impressive. Great job!“
