“the best jersey mike’s i’ve ever had. it was so good i genuinely thought about going back for a second one and i usually NEVER finish my food. the service was amazing, even though i had gone in during peak lunch rush, i was greeted, welcomed, and attended to quickly. even though it was busy, not one worker looked stressed or upset, and they were well staffed! only complaint is that all though i work in cheshire i live 40 min away and this location just isn’t close enough to home :( .will be going every day for lunch from here on out though.“

“Service and atmosphere are okay, but food quantity at this Subway is way down. The sandwiches are not only smaller, the fillings are also limited. Even paying for extra meat doesn't get you what it used to just last year. Not sure if this is true to this particular location, or generally across different subway restaurants. The prices have increased too.“

“I go every day to get coffee from my faves, Shelia and Camille! The Chai is my go-to, but I sometimes get a Caramel Macchiato from them if I need some more caffeine. Only issue is they always run out of bagels and pastries by around 11am and I'm lucky if I can get anything like that later on. Probably the best dining hall station on campus, but go early if you wanna get something to eat. They need to get more food inventory.“

Kid-friendliness: We have a 3 year daughter and she was more than able to order what she wanted with the staff the lady behind the counter had a younger daughter herself so the conversation was endless of course, but all in all it was EASY to bring my daughter there and I'm so thankful for that!

Parking: Subway is located in a plaza with a decent size parking lot.“

“Went at 9:00 pm, someone standing outside of the drive thru window. No car. I pull up to place an order waited 5 mins and no one even acknowledged they would be taking my order. Needless to say I left. They will not be getting my business. 4/13/22“

The new owners at this Subway in Plantsville are absolutely incredible. Even with a brand-new staff, they were fully present—supporting and guiding without ever taking over. They made sure their team had everything they needed, stepping in only to answer questions or offer help, especially when something went off-menu. I asked for a salad, which wasn’t listed, and they still made me a fresh, chopped salad without hesitation. It’s clear they’re focused on building a strong, well-trained team and delivering excellent customer service. You can feel the care in everything they do. I’ll definitely be back!“
