“Simple idea done well. First time at a Hot Table. The menu does not prepare you for how great an overstuffed panini is. I came with a friend who got the the BBQ pork and I enjoyed the Cheeseburger. The latter sandwich isn't a burger at all it's shredded beef. This sandwich is really a Philly cheese steak elevated. It has the missing vegetables in toppings that make you feel like your choice if you're just a little bit more balanced than just a Philly. But of course for those who are purest they do offer a Philly cheese steak.The Panini's also come in sizes: small, medium, large, I found a medium a little bigger than what I could eat in a setting so I think the large would be for some smaller eaters, an easy 2 meal purchase. I got a salad to go and their salads are an amazing value. Nothing to complain about the food are the pleasant and efficient customer service from the staff. Since this location is at the mall my only complaint is the usual one, where are you going to..... Not much has changed with quality - like most Subways, they've gone from "a sandwich with your lettuce" to "can you please add a little bit more lettuce to my sandwich." But overall a decent experience at this location.“
“I had a great experience at this location, unlike the awful experience I had at the subway downtown recently. Every employee and the owner himself are consistently cleaning. You can eat off the floor here. All the food is well kept and always fresh as had been on my last three visits there. When I was joking and telling my story of another visit at another location, I said, “you would think that a food business would at least keep things clean in customer view…nobody could see what happens behind the counter or in the freezer, haha”. At this point both the owner and another woman there immediately invited to escort me go in the back, the storage area, even the freezer to take a look!!! I was amazed. I didn’t have to at that point!!“
“Not sure what the employees name was but it's Thursday June 2nd almost 7pm. Just wanted to say he was super polite and took the time to make the sandwiches nice. And it tasted great (I had a pizza sub with bacon ?). Ppl always take the time to complain but we rarely do the same when we get good service. I just wanted to let the management know that I got really good service and this employee did a really good job. The subway near my house in Rocky Hill is beyond awful. So bad I vowed I would never go back. This one is on my way home so looks like this is my new subway.“

Also the protein bowls i been getting and the subs which is my favorite is the FRANKS RED HOT BUFFALO CHICKEN SUB AND PROTEIN BOWL is the best.... I recommend they keep the franks red hot buffalo chicken on the menu permanently... The protein bowl is great cause u can get everything without bread... So u wont have soggy food when u put it in the refrigerator...“
