“Went here on 2/11/23 to get some sandwiches. The owner made a decent amount of sandwiches with just the right amount of toppings for each one (meaning he wasnt stingy like most places where they hold back), each sandwich he made great conversation without messing up once. Honestly think ill be getting my go to subways from here from now on.“

“Came in tonight around 7pm and the workers were backed up on orders. They were so kind and attentive to everyone in line thanking them for waiting and working as fast as they could to complete all orders. Coming from someone who’s worked in fast food I know how hard it can be but these two workers were amazing and deserve a raise or atleast some praise from higher up management. This is why I always choose this location!“

“Best Subway location we've been to. We went here for the first time a few months ago and have been back a number of times. It's well-run, clean and the food is always fresh. “I had purchased five $20 gift cards for my co-workers Christmas Gifts. I, then had purchased a small turkey sub with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and a bit of mayonnaise. The sub was delicious and filling. I will return with my clients to have lunch at the Cheshire, CT sandwich shop.“

“Charming bagelry with Cafe tables inside and out. Counter service for ordering was fast and efficient. There were plenty of whimsical paintings that covered the walls, depicting "bagel people" and small town shops and scenes. Bagel was fresh. I had multigrain with hummus, and it wasn't busy on a weekday after lunch.“

They are friendly but they are extremely unenthusiastic about their job. They have access to quality ingredients.“

“I'm posting prematurely but in the last 2 days we've had breakfast and lunch at ACES PD and it's been amazing. Today we had what I'd describe as quiche and potatoes for breakfast-to die for... and sweet potatoes, pasta and stuffed shells and salad with sugar coated walnuts and gorganzola cheese... assorted deli wraps. “Very friendly staff, get my meals right every time some comment staff being rude for not accepting coupons it's not their fault if you look into the the amount of franchisees who apply for redemption from corporate they don't get reimbursed this is why it's their corporate establishment they are causing problems, not taking care of the buisness they ask more and more to the point there is no profit for these mom and pop franchise. They are great people here, just know they truely love their community, and the food they serve they are just wrapped up in the wrong sandwich shop now the chain used to be great.“

“Been a LONG time since I was in a mall, especially during the "holiday season" and Brass City Mall is a Ghost Town.I came to warm up and eat some lunch, but there were no people at the stores and a few were getting food.I was going to get some Sakura Japanese food but the place was filthy so I opted for Charlie's Philly Steak at Brass City Mall, Waterbury, Connecticut USA . The food was quickly made to order and looked almost as good as it tasted. Gonna have to hit Cinnabon for a take home dessert“

“Nice worker, also its close to my apartment and work... Also the protein bowls i been getting and the subs which is my favorite is the FRANKS RED HOT BUFFALO CHICKEN SUB AND PROTEIN BOWL is the best.... I recommend they keep the franks red hot buffalo chicken on the menu permanently... The protein bowl is great cause u can get everything without bread... So u wont have soggy food when u put it in the refrigerator...“

Kid-friendliness: We have a 3 year daughter and she was more than able to order what she wanted with the staff the lady behind the counter had a younger daughter herself so the conversation was endless of course, but all in all it was EASY to bring my daughter there and I'm so thankful for that!

Parking: Subway is located in a plaza with a decent size parking lot.“

“Went there last night to get something before my overnight shift. I met an employee named TJ. He was one of the nicest subway employees I've came in touch with at any subway. His customer service skills were way above his pay grade. I would like to bring attention to the management that I believe he deserves a raise or promotion. I felt very invited like I've know him forever and that level of customer service is why I'll be returning. So please give his performance an evaluation because I would hate to see you lose such an amazing employee sandwich was right on point. Service was on point and will be returning thanks to TJ. .“
