“This is the only Subway in the area that takes paper coupons! The staff have great customer service, fast lines, this is the best subway in town. Subs and salads made to order. They offer a variety of soft drinks, chips and the new 3 sidekicks. The ft long cookies sell out fast come get em! ?Vegetarian options: we can make a salad or vegetable sandwich or do a veggie patty sub/salad. Also any sub can be made into a salad ( salads are 6 inch portions for meat and cheese ).“

The sandwiches are well made.The staff is friendly.I would have given it 5 stars but for one reason, this shop very rarely offers to use the corporate coupons and special offers.Parking: Parking is very easy. “I had purchased five $20 gift cards for my co-workers Christmas Gifts. I, then had purchased a small turkey sub with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and a bit of mayonnaise. The sub was delicious and filling. I will return with my clients to have lunch at the Cheshire, CT sandwich shop.“

“Been a LONG time since I was in a mall, especially during the "holiday season" and Brass City Mall is a Ghost Town.I came to warm up and eat some lunch, but there were no people at the stores and a few were getting food.I was going to get some Sakura Japanese food but the place was filthy so I opted for Charlie's Philly Steak at Brass City Mall, Waterbury, Connecticut USA . The food was quickly made to order and looked almost as good as it tasted. Gonna have to hit Cinnabon for a take home dessert“

“Very friendly staff, get my meals right every time some comment staff being rude for not accepting coupons it's not their fault if you look into the the amount of franchisees who apply for redemption from corporate they don't get reimbursed this is why it's their corporate establishment they are causing problems, not taking care of the buisness they ask more and more to the point there is no profit for these mom and pop franchise. They are great people here, just know they truely love their community, and the food they serve they are just wrapped up in the wrong sandwich shop now the chain used to be great.“

Also the protein bowls i been getting and the subs which is my favorite is the FRANKS RED HOT BUFFALO CHICKEN SUB AND PROTEIN BOWL is the best.... I recommend they keep the franks red hot buffalo chicken on the menu permanently... The protein bowl is great cause u can get everything without bread... There were plenty of whimsical paintings that covered the walls, depicting "bagel people" and small town shops and scenes. Bagel was fresh. I had multigrain with hummus, and it wasn't busy on a weekday after lunch.“
