“This subway is the only non-sit down service place where I tip. Not just any subway, this subway in particular. No matter what time of day you go, how busy they are, or what youre ordering, they are always the happiest, friendliest, and nicest people to talk to. All they're doing is making you a sandwich, but somehow I always leave this place happier than when I walked in. The family that owns this location is truly spectacular, and they pick their other employees very carefully as well. This is the only subway location I will go to within a 50 mile radius. I will intentionally go out of my way to go to this location if I want subway. They are good with portions and always happy to accommodate your needs. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend the Seymour tri-town plaza location any day.“

“I enjoy this subway more than most. It’s clean. They make your sandwich fast and they aren’t skimping on ingredients. Friendly service with a welcoming smile. I live 2 minutes away from my local subway and go the extra 10 to come to this one. Definitely one of the best in the area.“

“The staff at this location are always SO genuinely kind, efficient and quick to have my order ready when I very conveniently pull into the drive thru at the end of running my tedious weekly errands! The sandwiches are always packed full and made neat and fresh and they always write something cute on the wrapping. “Usually their salads are delicious. But today i came by, right when they opened up (prob a mistake) and ordered a crispy chicken salad … My salad was done in about 5 mins …. ( how can chicken be cooked that fast?) Anyway, i tried to eat the salad for dinner. My croutons were stale, the bread was stale and tomatoes along with the cucumbers tasted like theve been sitting out from the night before. I doubt chicken was freshly made. I’m so disappointed. Next time i know not to come right when they open up.“

“I had not been to a subway in years because the sandwich quality was awfull. I decided to finally give Subway® a try again and I went to this location on Amity Road. I am so glad I gave it one more shot because the team is fantastic, the food is Fresh and they are generous with your toppings. Cannot recommend more highly, it’s my favorite quick lunch stop.“

“Soup is exceptionally good. I’ve tried just about all of them and every one has been great! They have vegetarian and gluten free soups and ALL are really really good. Service is slow and atmosphere is meh — but who cares? The soup makes up for everything. Highly recommend. But if you’re in a hurry, call ahead & order.“

“I want to preface this by saying I'm really really picky about deli meat. I NEVER eat it. However, after having surgery this week , this just sounded good so I tried it. I was actually blown away by how good this was. The meat was fresh, not slimy like most deli meat is and they were very very generous with toppings. The person working was super nice and patient and took his time making the sandwiches. I was impressed by how clean it was too. This was more of a good deli feel as opposed to a chain sandwich place. Thank you for making my horrible day so much better. ❤️“

“My experience here…Never had a bad one…Today was great! I coulda used a little more dice but the service was wonderful ! I could go to 2 subways that are just a little closer and I always go to this one…they treat you better…it was the gentleman working there that made my experience so positive so idk if he’s the owner or manager but he was fantastic! How you treat people MATTERS! I had JUST cancelled my dinner order at Vincenzo’s in Town Plot Waterbury because they were and ALWAYS are SO rude! I will NEVER go back…there and this time I mean it! I was disgusted by the way I was treated by them..I went to subway instead…and I was NOT disappointed! AND I caught the sandwich of the day!“

“Very friendly staff, get my meals right every time some comment staff being rude for not accepting coupons it's not their fault if you look into the the amount of franchisees who apply for redemption from corporate they don't get reimbursed this is why it's their corporate establishment they are causing problems, not taking care of the buisness they ask more and more to the point there is no profit for these mom and pop franchise. They are great people here, just know they truely love their community, and the food they serve they are just wrapped up in the wrong sandwich shop now the chain used to be great.“

The only location as of 5/28 that I could find nearby selling Smores cookies. To the Owner/Manager: Please if you're reading this MAKE THEM PERMANENT! They are delicious!!“

“I usually go this Subway once a week, well I recently found out there was one closer to our home so I tried to go to them. #1 I was lied to about the time they close and didn't get anything to eat and #2 the girl making the sandwiches was rude and refused business when they were still open for an hour. Bad for business. I should have never tried a different location because this location always does a great job (I'm aware that my order is annoying because I'm super particular and they never complain). They also close at the correct time that's advertised which is 10pm. I usually write a review for every business I go to and I should have wrote one sooner but never did. Being lied to by the other store on whalley, closer to Amity, made me realize how much I appreciate this store!“
