The food is fresh and good, but The employees are super slow. I went in there to get 2 foot long and waited 30 minutes. They need to have more employees in there. There was only one person working, which I do feel bad. But for them to take almost 20 minutes per customer is outrageous.
The beauty about this particular Subway is it’s proximity to the University of New Haven. You can always pop in for quick bite or take-out, and you’ll be on your way in no time.The staffers are super friendly and courteous.
