I ordered bella Luna 8/16/23 on the phone and gave my card number.. that same day my card was hacked and someone ordered from esty..a couple hundred bucks..I never use my card on the phone ..only to order pizza..I called and told the manager..they don't care ..all they said was oookk?? they will deny it but I know it was them.. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! THIEVES !!!!
Placed an order and when my husband went to pick it up, they accidentally gave it away to the person before us. My husband ended up waiting another 20+ min for our order to be made again. My husband was still charged full price, they never offered any refund, never offered to add something else to the order for the inconvenience or even offer my husband a can of soda to have while we waited from them to make a new pizza.
