I stopped in to grab something to eat thank God I'm glad I grabbed some boneless chicken nuggets cause I really wanted the steak and cheese sandwich but I did not like it one bit because the Steak Um's were over cooked I bought it home and no one ate it

Had a steak and cheese with bacon and fries with cheese dip. Really good

Carmen displayed awful customer service. She literally argued with me over her getting my order wrong. She argued like if she was right and she was wrong. Carmen is a cancer and she’s be removed from interacting with the public. Check your attitude Carmen! This is your job!! The cherry on top was getting home and seeing that my sandwhiches were all wet and soggy.

Line was longer than it needed to be unorganized and the service suck. Sandwich was not neatly packed just throw in the container.

Worst place to eat in mall ordering delivery with Uber or door dash quality’s not fresh an food is cold this place needs to be shut down asap where’s the heath department got mice running in the back kitchen

The good is great! If course the cheesesteaks are delicious, but the Ultimate Fries were really good too! Everything was hot and the lemonade here is some of the best around! The food court felt a bit loud and the debit card reader was a bit cringe (the panhandlers special, where for a drink it'll ask to tip with no skip option... you know THAT kind ?) All in all, I'll visit again but cash only and not peak mall hours

NEVER GET FOOD FROM HERE!! especially if your doing doordash or ubereats they never make it cook too order. I even called once to ask for my food to come to me Fresh and I still received it COLD! This place deserves 0 stars . Horrible experience and the managers And employees at this location are also very rude.

Had a delivery today for 2 combos and the drinks didn’t come. We call to let them know & ended up speaking to the rudest person who claimed to be management basically said not his problem and said we were lying!! $40 for 2 meals And the both meals were cold with barely enough meat to cover the bread. Disgusting food & nasty service would NEVER recommend.
