I’m picking up for DoorDash orders from this store always and I don’t know how they can accept that the Dashers waiting outside in the very cold weather and they don’t accept Dashers to come through the drive-through and they are always not ready for the orders so the average time I’m waiting outside is like 10 minutes or 15 minutes and sometimes more and the people inside are always irresponsible and they don’t care about the people waiting outside so the manager should take an action on this and I would report it to Doordash too because it’s something related to the humanity to let someone wait outside in the cold at your window from outside and you are so good inside.

Like other DQ's but with stickers over the menu prices and promotions. I'd assume this is a violation of their franchise agreement, but in either case make sure to order using the mobile app to get the real price and avoid their scam.

I asked for a cone with sprinkles on the side and the girl sounded scared and said “um we’re not allowed to do that” and I asked her why if I order a cone with sprinkles can’t she just put the sprinkles on the side instead of on the cone and she just kept saying it’s not allowed. This is the only Dairy Queen that has the weirdest rules.

Almost every time I come here there is some type of issue. Whether its ordering through door dash, or going through the drive through. You pay alot of money for almost nothing or they upcharge your fries for cheese curds and you get a little fries and a small amount of cheese curds you're basically having me pay for the small curd, give me what I pay for please. Smh and dont be rude when I ask questions about what I am charged because your menu board isnt adequet. Smh I only took out the toast to take a picture. I paid 18. Something for this and a medium soda. Smh
