I ordered food on app. Not only are the workers lethargic, lack customer service managers do as well. Food nowadays is always soggy when I am from Meriden and remember this place differently. Simple food like fries and tenders and burgers should be served fresh. Especially considering the wait they put you through. I had to wait over 20 minutes to receive an order at 4 tender box after ordering it 20 minutes before. Because even though I shown my purchase on the app I was not able to pick up my order because it didn't go through to their systems. So soggy fries. And tenders that where sitting what I received. It's too bad this location has gone down I preferred the one in southington it actually is a restaurant chain of nostalgia for me.

Great fast service. Blizzards are their best dessert. Especially the snickers or chocolate chip cookie dough. The portions are always worth the price. I recommend this location.

There were no signs that this was a drive thru only spot. The seating area was exposed to Rte 15 and loud noises of traffic, so it is not ideal to sit and enjoy onsite. Service was as expected for a bunch of teens in the summer. They were polite and courteous and expeditious. The ice cream was delicious and prepared exactly as I expected.

Most disappointing Dairy Queen I've been to. Been here multiple times because it always seems like a great idea after having Ted's just down the street. But almost every time there's a healthy dose of disappointment mixed into my blizzard. Most recently, the blizzard had all the ingredients at the bottom. As if they had forgot to mix it? Or maybe they just don't care.Be the Dairy Queen I remember from my childhood. Do better.

I had a brownie sundae it was so so so delicious they warmed up the brownie they put whip cream on that and I asked for the the chocolate vanilla swirl and they put that on the side because if it ask you about ice cream as well it was absolutely delicious mi

Talk about Nostalgia for a moment! Being fromCT as a little girl I would always get a RED dip cone. Now that I reside in GA they said that in GA they ONLY have chocolate Dip cone. NO Red. Come on GA we have to do better. So nice to be able to visit home and get what I always ordered!
