I’m a loyal customer and it’s only due to me living close by, they never get the order correct and will give you burnt food, uncooked bacon, cold hash browns, always check your order before driving off never trust what’s in the bag. Poor food handling.

horrible horrible first and last time going here a simple TOASTED BAGEL with bacon and cheese bagel cold not toasted on top of messing my complete order up I got a attitude at the window like I was the one who made the mistake a little advice I would like to give as well is employees should close the window if there going to talk crap about the mistakes they made weeded with a 4 car line is insane do better

I go there every day and get the same thing and people can't seem to do it right is another day my bagel is burnt and it doesn't have extra cheese on it I have a picture for proof and I only get told to go back there my time is valuable and I'm not going to go back and forth

This Dunkin publishes that they close at 8pm, but stop serving food/drinks WELL before closing time. I arrived at exactly 7:30pm and was told they were unable to make my order since all of their machines were cleaned and turned off. I confirmed with the employee at the window that they do in fact close at 8, but he still declined to make my order. If you close at 8, you should in fact close at 8. If closing time is 7:30, then the published hours should be updated. This makes for a terrible customer experience when business don’t serve customer until their published time.
