Please as a customer service worker, please can you read what your customers order! I ordered a Frozen chocolate and received a frozen coffee??? The label says frozen chocolate. As someone who is pregnant who isn’t drinking coffee this is infuriating!

I'm sick of this, this is the third time I go to dunkin, spend like $15 in coffee and hot chocolate and they don't even fill it to the top, that's almost have of the cup at this point i'm really disappointed cause I always have trouble with my order and this

No ice in ice coffee burnt old coffee bagel with light butter was my request I received a soaking wet bagel covered in butter inside and out! Do better think the extra butter was on purpose.Don’t make any special requests for your order.

So does no one know the recipes or???? I had a Grubhub order which was way too strong, too much espresso. I go the the store and complain and I get too much milk which makes it a milky sweet hint of coffee drink. They should have the recipes for the smaller drinks if they don’t know how to make it.
