I don’t know what people think about customers….they are so rude . I asked for a small hot cappuccino, It is not at all hot and there is no foam at all. I still wonder if they even know how to make a drink. Honestly poor quality of food and poor customer service

Honestly this Dunkin never gets people food orders correct, they throw your items in the bag without food care handling, and if you don’t check your order before driving off it’s your loss. I order a 6$ meal deal and they gave me a bagel with just cheese and it was burnt. Bad service at this location.

I just went through drive-thru to get a coffee the guy did not greet me properly he was very dry it was almost like he hated his job awful service. When I got to the window he was even more dry unenthused, no good morning or anything

I go there everyday and it's the third day I received my bacon egg and cheese bagel I can't believe my mom was paying $6 for this yesterday I threw it away because it was too hard I also get hash browns they are always hard and burnt and always sticking together I get my daughter two donuts before school they're always upside down in the bag
