I simply do not understand why milk from a cow is free in an unlimited quantity at dunkin' donuts, while almond milk a much healthier alternative and costing less is charged and extra $0.50. It is a wrong policy and only the franchises are charging $0.50. The corporate own stores do not charge for almond milk. It is discriminatory against vegans to charge because they cannot drink dairy.

went there this morning with my wife. the manager April wouldnt let us even get our order out without saying is that it? kept making us feel rushed. very rude and really making me not want to go to that specific dunkin anymore!

I drive to this Dunkin in meriden because they're literally the only ones who know how to make hashbrowns correctly but some of the staff is very rude.

The location is convenient, and the interior is clean. The parking lot was full of debris, and the staff seemed like they were afraid of the customers, barely speaking to anyone, not even the group (herd? Pack? Flock, maybe?) of elderly gentlemen seated at the tables. They weren't rude, just quiet. And i drink my coffee with no sugar at all of any kind, and somehow ended up getting 7 (!!!) Splenda put in my coffee and Written on the side of the cup. To be fair, it looked like maybe a rush had just come through before we got there, or it could have been an off-day; an isolated incident. But I'll never find out, because the one in Newington off the Berlin turnpike is also on my route.
