I ordered five boxes of coffee, but the cream was completely left out. I had to make an entire second trip just to pick it up. When I brought this to the staff's attention, their only response was to indifferently acknowledge that I had to come back. Disappointing customer service for such a large order.

Every time I place an order via DoorDash, UberEats or an online pick up order, they always forget items. Or they give you the wrong item. If they can slow down and pay attention to the orders and what they are/aren’t putting in the bags things would go smoothly. I ordered a muffin and it’s hard as a ROCK!!!! How can’t you tell when putting in the bag that ITS NOT EVEN EDIBLE!

I was there earlier today and they forgot my hashbrowns. They’ve done this before and I tried to call them to get a refund and it wasn’t working so that’s why I’m leaving this review. payed $6 for hashbrowns and didn’t get it

Im a regular they pick and choose when they wanna be good. Donuts be soggy with melted frosting slapped on it for almost $3 , they can’t make coffee right but wanna charge almost $5. Went through the drive thru the other day and the girl didn’t want to count the change i was paying with and made the person in back of her count it and proceeded to have a attitude slamming stuff in front of me while I had my 8 year old niece In the car. The coworker then proceeded to tell her not to start slamming stuff in front of the customer and she proceeded to have a nasty attitude. Asked management for corporate number and she lied to me telling me I had to go all the way to the office on broad street and refused to give up the number. Honestly this was the only decent Dunkin in Meriden the others are way more horrible and cant get an order right to save their life and give out brunt food but now they’re just as bad.

Today I went to the newer Dunkin’ Donuts on Broad Street. I slowly told them what I wanted for my iced coffee when I stood there to look at it on the board. It’s a pumpkin spice, She cut me off and said you could move forward. I got it so I’ll let her went up to the front didn’t bother looking at the ticket turned around seeing that its Pumkin spice, not what I ordered came back to the window. Very rude. Got another person. Also, did it wrong again. Throughout both coffees didn’t get one ruined my whole morning don’t go there. Lady was very rude. I was very kind. She was also pregnant so I made sure I was extra kind. Still got an attitude.

How much cream do you want in that BLACK coffee? Better check your oder. They pur cream and sugar in EVERY coffee we ordered. So.e hot, sone cold, some black some with cream no sugar. Guy at the counter said "that's regular coffee:
