I don’t understand this place. The girl at the window couldn’t understand what a not toasted bagel was with cream cheese on it. So she sliced the bagel. Made it a triangle and put the cream cheese on the side.Next trip. I asked for lightly toasted bagel with cream cheese. I got a bagel that I threw away after 1 bite because it was just chat. It was also a triangle.If your slicing machine is so dull that you have to deform food. You should get it fixed. Also the drive thru sign is so bright you need sunglasses to see it in the AM last time I go here ever.

Stopped by today to grab a bite to eat around 100pm drive thru was active inside wasn't busy shift employee switched over and we had Pedro. He was very nice, friendly attitude and great customer service. The ambiance was very clean inside and out. He did not rush us and he made my pumpkin signature latte very well. We had an order that we needed to confirm and he was also patient with that as well. I want to say KUDOS to Pedro keep that same energy and to your boss you need more employees like Pedro great people person for your establishment. I would recommend this location. Thank you Pedro!

Just got the worst service doing drive through, how can that be possible? It seems like the same “women” employee with long nails and nasty attitude is in every Dunkin in this town, everyone one of the is the same, they are so miserable and they try to make everyone feel the same. It’s a bit funny. I guess that’s on me that I keep going to this places knowing I’ll just get terrible burned Coffee, a dry old doughnut and service from a miserable ratchet little woman that thinks that by giving attitude doing customer services she is intimidating while just looking like a joke.Shame on the managers.

Hi I’m a customer there all the time and they mess up my order all the time I pay extra for the sourdough breakfast sandwich with sausage and roasted tomatoes and I get the regular one with bacon this has happened to me a few times and I can’t go back and return it like it is very fustrating I would like this to be fixed asap

Very dissappointed! Asked WICKED NICELY for 2 med cold brews in LARGE CUPS W EXTRA FOAM...and 2 egg crosants and 2 choc donuts paid w a 25.00 GIFT CARD and left a TIP... Did i receive that u ask? Heck naw! He didnt read the slip... Asked the lady she didnt relay my order . 2 med cups no extra foam...2 SANDWHICH my mom said were good andNO DONUTS! THATS ALL I WANTED TOO. HUH.!

Customer service very poor and employees need to learn how to communicate with customers. Cleanliness is not up to par. I have visited plenty of other stores and this was the messiest one. Cought employee using no gloves. Smh
