Great service ! I go there 3 times a day. Dunkin donuts is getting very expensive all the time but I still go there! $3.05 for a medium size coffee

I watched them give my coffee to the person in front of me, the guy hands it back saying it's not his, then they hand it to me. The top was open with coffee on the rim so he very well may have taken a sip before realizing it wasn't his order, I didn't see it but I'm not risking drinking it. I didn't say anything bc the staff is usually rude, tossed the coffee

Stellar individual working the window. I said hello and she ignored me. My favorite part was her flipping some guy off out the window while she was ringing my card up. As someone who works in food service, please train your employees to have basic customer service skills lol

This Dunkin gets the orders wrong 95% of the time. Tea bags in your coffee, inconsistent appearance and flavor of latte drinks when the order is the same every time, and just plain giving bags with the wrong food items inside. I don’t normally even review chains and I get Dunkin isn’t expected to be Starbucks, but when the girl working copped an attitude this morning when I pointed out it wasn’t right and she didn’t want to fix it (we did not order a signature latte and ended up with the wrong food items in the bag), basically I paid for an order that went in the garbage. What a waste and what a bad experience. Save yourself the trouble and choose another nearby Dunkin.
I gave two stars instead of one because I have had some nicer staff at times but the orders are still messed up more often than not.

I was here previously with my husband and 2 children going through the drive through. We simply ordered one large coffee and 1 doughnut. We paid and proceed to leave we Realize that we didn't have the coffee. When we were only 2 minutes out of their driveway, we turned around and tried to go through the drive through again, they took our receipts. We showed them that we did not receive the coffee the first time they handed us the bag with the doughnut and the straw plus my credit card and receipt for the whole purchase during that time, they never gave me the large coffee that I asked for and when trying to get a new one they accused me of doing this all the time when I don't and they have these young woman there with no respect and liars something needs to be done

Rude employees. They literally took 10 minutes to give a donut when I ordered the drivethru. There were no customers at all. Just me. Still it took them 10 minutes for a donut. Not even a proper response when asked about it.

Tye food choices have become limited over the years at all DD spots, so not this locations fault (I want them to bring back the Power Breakfast Sandwich that disappeared during the 2020 COVID era!).. This location is closest to my house, so it is convenient. If I park and go inside, it's usually pretty quick, but I have the app, so I like the ability to pre-order, drive up, and go with ease. Unfortunately, this location gives me a hard time every time I go about going to the front of the car line to pick up my order. Every other location (in both CT & MA) that I use gets this right, but I'm told, "If you stop at the window to tell us you are here, we will know to have it ready for you." Same exact thing said EVERY TIME, to which I consistently respond, "The app tells you that I want ut made immediately, or tells you the pick up time that I choose. So, stopping at the window is redundant, AND it defeats the convenience of pre-ordering. If I have to get in line to say that I have arrived, then I may as well wait in line and place the order."... I tend to choose other locations for drive-thru shopping, even though this would be the closest stop for pick up on my way out or on my way home.

I always go to Dunkin . Today my coffee exploded all over me in the car. The new cups are cheap and you can’t drink out of the new covers . I am so disgusted. I had to go home and change before going to work. I may just take a break from DD. Another customer had the same sentiment about the cups and covers just yesterday. He said you can only drink with the cover off. So it isn’t just me. I didn’t want to write this but felt the need to.

Terrible I’m a city bus driver I went in to order a bagel and was told by a employee that if I wanted a bagel I can go to the east main there open 24 hours because they were closing at 8p when it was only 7pm if I was able to fit a bus on east main I would have but I’m still a paying customer very rude staff man should be fired

when i used to work here back in 2022-2023 the place was a lot better, today i ordered a avocado toast with bacon and i got a cold avocado toast with no seasoning and the bacon was not cooked right nor was it cut into pieces, i asked them if the can cook the bacon better and they gave me an attitude and gave me it the same way, so i asked for my refund, i can say i will not be returning there for food.
