when i used to work here back in 2022-2023 the place was a lot better, today i ordered a avocado toast with bacon and i got a cold avocado toast with no seasoning and the bacon was not cooked right nor was it cut into pieces, i asked them if the can cook the bacon better and they gave me an attitude and gave me it the same way, so i asked for my refund, i can say i will not be returning there for food.

Staff seemed very overwhelmed and were talking poorly about other customers in front of other customers. There was no communication between staff or manager. The manager is lacking skills to support staff and also seemed overwhelmed as well.

I always visit drive-thru. 80% of the time, whether I order at the speaker or ahead with the mobile app, they mess something up. Today I ordered 6 donuts and surprise, it wasn't the donuts I specifically requested. So annoying, you really need to check EVERYTHING before you drive away these days.

Order online but was not able to skip the the wait. I got their and they were still taking orders and after they finished at the counter they then make my order. They then had to remake one of the hot coffees because it was supposed to be decaf instead of caffeine, it was still cold.

Better start staying open later like you did before the pandemic or else McDonald's is gonna keep crushing it and keep stealing all your customers. Besides McDonald's coffee is actually even better than DD!

Sat at the window for the longest time while my coffee sat there. My order was made completely wrong. Went inside to tell them it was wrong and that it needed to be remade when another worker asked me what was I wrong I told him it was wrong and nasty. He then began to talk to everyone about what I said. Very poor customer service. And they all need to be trained on punctuality and professionalism.

I had quite a enjoyable experience. I had a creamy sticky glazed donut from a worker named jon. Jon was quite a good worker and had amazing service. The second time I went This worker named dylan made me my hot choclate and it was super good and he was super nice. I think they both should get a raise. Thank you dunkin. I'm running on you

Orders are usually always done correctly, but you'd think I asked them to give me a piece of the moon that's how upset they were at my order. All I asked for was a refresher and a donut. No changes or additions. The staff was rude, particularly the woman with the tattoos (I don'tknow her name), they nearly threw my food and drink at me through the window. They spoke rudely even though I said please and thank you over the drive thru speaker. This was the second day in a row where they seemed like me ordering my food was inconvenient for them. Both days there were not many people in the drive thru. This used to be my favorite Dunkin in Meriden but lately I'd rather drive farther for better service.

We were waiting for 5 minutes no service at all and were told to wait in a rude manner. "I have to piss give me a hot second" Then, when we walked out overheard a woman who didnt work there and was standing there speaking to employees saying to them "Look! You just lost all these customers" to which she replied "I don't care"

I usually love this Dunkin never a issue but today was not a good one, I order my mobile order at 942 this morning, got there like 955 thinking it's done nope, I waited few more minutes, everyone else had their orders and left, I got my food at 1030 and left and didn't get the whole order, like 7 people work and they had one guy who did the sandwiches and someone on a training, like never going there again
