The girl who took order was very rude. I asked for a coffee and had refill cup from Starbucks - šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

She was upset because I had Starbucks refill cup with me and asking for coffee from Dunkin - no Logic - they need to train her how to be nice to customers and teach her some manners -
Previously all staff have been very polite !!!

The Manager customer service and Attitude Atrocious very very very Unprofessional I'm quite sure why she is working Hospital environment because she acts more like she should be a patient at the Institute of Living need more management with good customer service skills

If i could rate this place 0 stars i would. The customer service or lack there of was horrible. Not welcoming and nasty attitudes. The grinch is more welcoming and friendly than these ladies. Even the manager was rude and unaccommodating. She reeked of marijuana. Please clean house. All new staff is desperately needed.

I ordered a medium s'more cold brew and they give me a black small coffe with the s'more syrup I go back and tell them they did the order wrong and they Charge the entire order and lost from the wrong coffee they made wrong they make me pay for the right order and lost my money 2.67???????

Went to this DD ask for a large coffee took back to the room and realized that there was no sugar in my coffee I took it back and the women said there was sugar in the coffee the women very rude Said that there sugar when the wasn't any in my cup very bad customer service I'm not returning

I ordered a coffee & a sandwich through the App, it took two minutes to served my order apparently everything was precooked & warm up! I left the building and walked to my car. When I found out the coffee was cold. I asked for a refund since it’s a hospital it’s a project to go back and forward. My response was, either go back, to get a fresh cup of coffee or go online and request a refund. Since my purchase was not at the store. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a refund through this app.

Located inside midstate center can get busy. We were served fast.Recommend egg bites we had cappuccinos that were made to order.Donuts - had an ā€œolder tasteā€ heavy.

I work for this Hospital most of the time we buy from this DD's but I ordered a bacon wake up wrap the hispanic manager put only ¼ piece of bacon in it she doesn't care about customers she is very rude to people and we always pick up online orders for our coworkers bit no now she doesn't let anyone picked any food for anyone else.

I ask for pumpkin coffee cream only and they gave me a regular coffee I told them what I order and she gave me attitude and gave me the pumpkin coffee with sugar I just took it and walk away I just through it away because was nasty, doesn’t taste pumpkin at all
