I ordered a coffee & a sandwich through the App, it took two minutes to served my order apparently everything was precooked & warm up! I left the building and walked to my car. When I found out the coffee was cold. I asked for a refund since it’s a hospital it’s a project to go back and forward. My response was, either go back, to get a fresh cup of coffee or go online and request a refund. Since my purchase was not at the store. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a refund...
Located inside midstate center can get busy. We were served fast.Recommend egg bites we had cappuccinos that were made to order.Donuts - had an “older taste” heavy.

Pleasant workers but half the time I order a simple plain coffee with caramel swirl and milk they get it wrong. One day I walked out, tried the coffee and realized there was no flavoring so I went back and told the girl who took my order and she said, “oh well we didn't put the caramel swirl in because we don't have any.†She couldn't tell me that when I was ordering it? I'm paying for them to make the coffee I ask for, so it's disappointing...
