I recently moved to this town, and visited this store for the first time today, but I was completely disappointed. When I entered, there was no other customers, and 4,5 staff members were standing around chatting, yet none of them greeted us with a simple 'good morning!' or 'How can I help you?'. Moreover The person who took my order didn't smile and had a rude attitude throughout the process. We went to get a nice cup of coffee, but we lelt feeling quite upset and it ruined our mood for the rest of the afternoon. The owner should start by training the staff on customer service.

Went through the drive through and ordered a caramel macchiato. They made it without caramel. I drove back around (had infants in the car couldn’t run in) and let them know at the window it wasn’t made right. And the young man at the window had the nerve to say “so what do you want ME to do about it?!” In the nastiest tone. I was so taken back by the rudeness because I was as polite as possible. Just wanted my drink remade. Will never ever give my money to this place again.

Ordered online for this store went to pick up my order noticed it only had one donut when I ordered two. Went inside to get another one, was told I need to wait when I was the only customer inside with 3 workers and a line in drive through. I proceeded to wait patiently while they served other cars, and noticed the last donut in the tray of my previous order given to someone else. When I mentioned the mistake to them they stated I could have something else for a donut. If the order was correct the first time, wouldn't have been an issue. When I got home noticed I ordered a sausage and egg with no cheese sandwich and was given only egg on non toasted bread when you asked for toasted as well. When you can't get a refund in store because it's online and Dunkin has the worst refund system on the app that will take you days to get back, which isn't the issue. The issue was the store in general. The best part of this, was the store. One of the workers suggested to use Twitter to complain to Dunkin, and I said what would that do, with no response, then when you ask for the managers number and they give you the store number on wax paper with no name on it for who to ask for. When you ask if it is a corporate store or has a district manager incase this manager continues to avoid any responsibility to the store, or serving customers for the errors the employees make, they have no clue to the structure of the business they work for. While a review has minimal effect sometimes, word of mouth in the community goes a long way.

Staff ignored customers in the store for quite some time, while serving only those at the drive through. The woman who finally took my order was unpleasant, almost surly.I have been a Dunkin Donuts customer for years and have m ever had such awful service.

I don't usually leave reviews, but the two Spanish employees did an amazing job with my order last night, friendly and cheerful. They immediately start speaking Spanish when they see that people like me have difficulty speaking English. very good service

Wheelchair accessibility: I have manic depression and PTSD and I did not at all feel the store wasn't open and kind. I sat at the table and read a comic the only time I was slightly worried was when it got super congested and I was going to have to give up my seat.
