Staff ignored customers in the store for quite some time, while serving only those at the drive through. The woman who finally took my order was unpleasant, almost surly.I have been a Dunkin Donuts customer for years and have m ever had such awful service.

This is my second time ordering from here this week on door dash & they messed up both orders both times. I don’t know if they can read in there but clearly not because wrong items were given to me & my coffees are not what I ask for. I stopped by in person this week as well & the attitude sucked. I am no longer a fan of dunkin , I’ll take my money to Starbucks if I’m gonna waste money & spend it on actual good kind service & food that isn’t cold when I get it.

Most Dunkin's I go to, they're super slow and act like I'm bothering them. Here they were fast, efficient and kind. I had Angelina today. She was so sweet! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the other girl there was eating while making people's drinks and that's gross. Pretty sure a health code violation, but I will definitely be back here.

Its Dunkin, you can't expect super high end quality. But I always mobile order and pick up like 10-30 minutes later. Its always ready and they get it to me fast. Inside the service is usually fine too. I remember in high school id come here for water if I was walking or something and theyd be nice about letting me sit for a while and such.

Literally coffee is extremely cold and I ordered hot and when I went back in the manager said what do you want me to do about it . Absolutely disgusting attitude and terrible customer service I will constantly post and complain til this so called good establishment is so terrible.

Ordered through the mobile app. Pulled up to the window just to see all the employees in a circle talking and fooling around with friends who were at the other side of the counter. Waited there for about 8 minutes until a young lady came to the window and said I don’t think you stopped at the speaker after telling her I did and no one talked to me. She was extremely rude. I hope management takes care of these employees. Will never visit this location again. Order number 80001 transsvsc

My wife and I go here about once a month and they seem to be getting worse and worse. Every time we go recently something in the order is wrong. Coffee missing flavoring, using regular milk instead of oat milk on multiple occasions, one time the coffee tasted sour, and the last straw was a bunch of coffee grounds in a latte.We always order mobile and pick up inside and the past couple times we went inside we were ignored by the staff. They usually keep the mobile orders on their side of the counter which is fine but that means we have to try and get the attention of the staff to get our orders.I usually don't like to complain, especially since we're all human and people make mistakes. But it's become so consistently bad, we expect our order to be wrong now.Unfortunately I'm sure this is mostly due to the staff being way overworked and way underpaid so hopefully management can do something about it and make it better.
