This is probably the worst Dunkin in all of New England tbh. I only go here when I absolutely have to and every time there is a quality issue with food or drinks. The only reason I went today because the Dunkin I live near is closed for a renovation until Saturday. If you can go to any other Dunkin I would say do that. My coffee truly looks & tastes like sewer water. So go to another Dunkin if you can or any other coffee shop bc you'll waste your money at this one.

Dunkin’ Donuts needs to take cappuccinos off their menu because there’s not one Dunkin’ Donuts I could pull into and they could make a cappuccino right they just make lattes, even though some Dunkin’ Donuts have a beautiful picture of the different types of coffees, example, cappuccino, latte, Americano, you know you’ve seen the pictures in Dunkin’ Donuts shows how how much milk how much froth But yeah, no matter what Dunkin’ Donuts you go to you get a latte instead of a cappuccino, so this message is for Dunkin’ Donuts. Take the cappuccino off your damn menu. It’s a shame that you really pay for something and you really don’t get it especially when you don’t want all the extra milk.. it’s sad because it discourages me to get something else you know it makes you wonder if you ask for a sandwich a certain way are you gonna get it the way you ask the way you’re asking and then they print everything out showing the way you asked and you still get it a different way just a sad situation.

I came for two evenings and asked for an ice matcha latte and they brought me matcha mixed with water instead of milk, even though we said we took the same drink and brought it back, two girls who work in the evening shift and show a tough attitude towards their customers

All Dunkin stores in Meriden, Ct.
The coffee is weak and watery. The cups are smaller and they are weak also, AND they don't keep the coffee hot for very long. You nickle and dime us to death with your constant price hikes. This is all the Meriden stores. I have been coming every day over 30 years, I can't afford watery coffee, it used to be good.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received during the night shift at your Dunkin’ Donuts location. I had to wait 12-13 minutes just to get a bagel with cream cheese, which is unacceptable. The staff were extremely slow and didn’t seem to value my time , I’m talking about Night time team .

This Dunkin is always on point but today they dropped the ball. We ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter - it took 15mins and they barely put butter. I asked for a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso that comes with oatmilk and it came lighter than usual. I brought it up to the staff and they mentioned it was oatmilk so I'll take their word for it as I have a sensitivity to dairy. I have been ordering this since it came out because of this sensitivity and it is not normally this light. The staff overall were nice and in a good mood but the food took forever.

I visited this location on my way to the airport for vacation, I ordered 4 items one being a coffee and the other being an orange juice. I didnt receive the orange juice and when i got to the window the person who took my order didnt even remember my order and asked me what it was again. Whoever made my coffee also made it incorrectly when I specified that I didnt want sugar in it.
