My name is James, and I would like to submit a review for the Dunkin' Donuts located at 893 East Main Street, Meriden, Connecticut. Today, November 11, 2025, I arrived at Dunkin' Donuts at 11:30 a.m. I was pleasantly greeted, and I was having some difficulty articulating my coffee order. Tyana was incredibly helpful in assisting me to determine what I was looking for, and I could almost sense her beautiful smile through the speaker. I attempted to apologize for my confusion, and she reassured me that everything was fine and that she was happy to help. As I proceeded to the window to pay for my food and drink, she greeted me with a beautiful smile, a thank you, and a wish for a wonderful day. If there is any way to acknowledge her excellent service, please do so, as I believe this level of service should be contagious, not just within Dunkin' Donuts but in many other establishments as well. I come here everyday almost sometimes twice, very friendly early morning and very late night staff but tonight I went and I said thank you for my food and the girl looked mad or annoyed. Maybe they are busy but there was only one person there when I was there.

Today is Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 10:25 PM, I was picking up a DoorDash order as usual from this Dunkin’ Donuts store and the little girl was very very rude with me, they first let me wait and they didn’t reply me when I said I have a DoorDash order to pick up, but it’s OK, They were busy I understand but what I don’t understand when she came to give me the order she gave me the order without bag a drink in a cup and a cake individually without any container. She put it in the Counter singles , and then when I told her Dunkin Stores used to put it in a bag and seal it, she got crazy in her body language when she was getting the bag and getting the cup tray and put it in the bag and sealed it like none human way, and she dropped the bag on the counter. You can check on the camera. This message to the owner of this Dunkin Donuts store, FIRST: make a training for your employees on how to treat customers Drivers and any partners for your store. SECOND: check your camera on today’s date October 11 at 10:25 PM and find out what happened from this little girl with me and take the necessary action because this is insulting.

9/7/25 10:30 am, they were lacking in customers but made up for it in attitude. At the window she asked me to place my order then told me she basically had no idea what I was talking about. (Two small iced coffees really isn’t outside the realm of possibility here I thought). Wasn’t right the first time, asked at the window to have them fixed, they’re on a timer so as they should they parked us. We sat very briefly and then a male came out and shoved the coffees in my wife’s face and they were a total mess. Cream and syrup dripping all down the sides. My wife went in and asked for some napkins and they rudely pointed to them while standing right there, like just hand her a napkin please! … I don’t know I’m sure this sounds ridiculous to some but this used to be my wife and my favorite Dunkin so it’s a little lame when simple kindness and care could’ve taken this order differently. 🤷♀️ next time I’ll be at 7 brew.

This is probably the worst Dunkin in all of New England tbh. I only go here when I absolutely have to and every time there is a quality issue with food or drinks. The only reason I went today because the Dunkin I live near is closed for a renovation until Saturday. If you can go to any other Dunkin I would say do that. My coffee truly looks & tastes like sewer water. So go to another Dunkin if you can or any other coffee shop bc you'll waste your money at this one.
