Honest opinion, the food here is 8 1/2 out of 10. it’s really good, but not quite moms cooking, IMO. if you speak English do not order on the phone they struggle with English! I don’t speak much Spanish, but I try because it’s one of the only Spanish food places that deliver. also you have to order 3 different things to make a order it’s weird IMO and to be honest I haven’t been there iv only ordered on the phone I need to make a trip and check it out but for now this...
Small spot in downtown Meriden close to court, YMCA... the food here is amazing! I had the 'Mofongo with beef' I was blown away... the taste was excellent. I will definitely be going back here to try other dishes. The server/cook is super nice and friendly.
Had the papas locas de pernil, it was delicious I felt like I was back at home in Puerto Rico. Employees are a 2 out of 5 stars not very welcoming. Food just a little high but worth it, Overall food is good recommend taking food home.
