Illiano's Restaurant-Pizzeria of Meriden

Vinny, you really need to get on your girls about making sure they have the complete order. I love your wings which is the only reason why I keep coming back but 2 orders in row your girls forgot the dressing. Last night I called and asked for wings, chicken parmesan dinner and a wrap and I ask while I was on the phone if instead of salad with chicken parmesan dinner I could have soup because I had a huge salad at home. When I got there I asked another girl to make sure I got soup and she said if you told them on the phone then that's what you will get "soup" ..... guess what...I got salad. plus they said it would be done in 30 minutes and it wasn't but on top of that when it was done, it sat on the shelf until you came out from behind and asked me and another customer what we ordered. My husband who was having the chicken parmesan wasn't asked what kind of pasta he would like with his meal or if he wanted his pasta on the side AND NO BREAD (ugh) was given! Come on Illianos I usually give a 3xs and your out with coming back but I do like your wings but the inconsistency is really getting to me. Casi Di Roma got you beat when it comes to portions on the dinners. Please get your staff in order before you start losing more customers.

Unfortunately gonna have to 2 start this. The girls were very nice, it was fast pick up. The cannoli was good. But the bakery down the road is like wow! The pizza was just ok, like an ok pizza, mediocre at best. Which is a shame cause the Big Mac pizza use to be sooo good. Honestly I can get a cheaper pizza across the street that taste better. Maybe it’s a new cook, but it doesn’t taste the same.

Delicious!! Four Seasons Salad with chicken yum!

Our fave pizza spot!! My husband loves the buffalo chicken pizza and I love the mac & cheese pizza! Their egg drop soup is also the perfect warm comfort food for a rainy day. Always friendly staff, quick service, and reliable food with great portions.

This was a great experience. If you love pizza, you need to visit this restaurant. They have a big-mac pizza. I swear it tastes just like a big Mac. Our waitress was Maria she was great.

Would somebody who was actually a customer of Verdolinis, who's tried the Verdolinis pizza, please comment.
It's a long drive and other illiano locations have never been a great experience foe me.

This is the second time I order from illianos and each time theres always a missing item which was paid for this time fried raviolis, last time a calzone.. why is it so hard to check everything before you give it to the driver to deliver.. will not be doing business with this establishment anymore..

2 dough balls was about $18! Andrea's is so much cheaper and just as good if not better. Food is good but very overpriced.

Alright pizza…. Was way undercooked. Had to throw it in the oven for another 5 minutes before I could eat it.
