The guy on the counter dealing with the Doordash Driver‘s like very bad and very in politely, I’m picking up from this restaurant since long long time for Doordash and the girl is inside are very welcoming very polite when they are talking and even they are offering me some slices During waiting but today what happened is totally different from this guy, the guy behind the counter today is very very bad after I was waiting 12 minutes and I’m double checking with him as usual politely respectfully he replied to me like a piece of sheesh that person should not deal with people looks to me that he hates his job so he should stay home And other people to take over this job from him because this person should learn how to deal with people. Manager of this place should take an action with this person.

Update: he became very nice nowadays, he adjusted everything with me now. that’s why I changed the rate.

I went to go pick up my order and the guy at the counter was so rude that my hunger went away. Especially when it was over some salad dressing. Very sad hope he turns his attitude around. Good luck bud

Couldn't even get celery and carrot sticks with wings....place so expensive as it is!

Besides good food and great desserts, they assisted me and a friend with a developmental disability, and gave something for her birthday! Very nice service.

I didn’t plan to be seduced. I only wanted something quick — hot, easy, dripping with sauce. But when I slipped into Illiano's, I knew I wouldn’t be walking out the same.
The lights were low. The oven roared. And the scent — dear God, the scent — it hit me like a kiss on the neck: smoke, spice, and something sinful rising from the dough.
The pizza — thick crust, blistered and golden, begging to be touched. I spread it open, felt the steam on my lips, the cheese stretching like silk between parted mouths. I bit down. It groaned.
The sauce was sweet, then sharp — a slap and a kiss.
But the lobster ravioli — that was pure sin.
Pillows of pasta stuffed full of tender, ocean-sweet flesh, soaked in a butter sauce so rich it practically dripped through my lips. Hands down the best meat that has ever devoured my mouth. No shame. None at all. I would’ve begged for more, on my knees, if the waitresses had asked.
And when I thought I could take no more — that my body had reached its limits — they brought the chocolate cake.
Dense. Dark. Moist. It came chilled, slightly cold as if it had arrived to put out the fire burning deep inside me. I sank my fork into it and watched the center spread out, slow and sticky. The first taste coated my tongue with passion. The second? A full-body shudder.

Five stars. I came for a slice. I left in pieces. I didn’t just eat. I was fed, worshipped, and undone.

The grandma pizza in particular is literally the best pizza I've ever had in my life! And I've eaten A LOT of pizza! I'm Italian and I know good Italian food from bad, this restaurant is a gem.

I was so excited today when I realized this spot was near my work route on lunch. I've been here several times and the pizza is spot on! I'm Italian so I can be super picky! They even offer you a small snack of pizza while you wait for your food! Marie is super sweet and patient. Definitely one of the best spots around!

Ordered to go. Did not receive salad which was supposed to come with dinner. Eggplant fries, which I had before and had been good, were soggy and greasy. Person who checked out my boyfriend was rushed and just walked away when he was trying to ask for change to leave a tip. And then when I called to tell them about the missing salad and bad fries, he just said thank you very much for letting us know. Never again...I work too hard for my money to waste it like this.
