I ordered a medium pepperoni and half onion the lady told me 15 Dollar and when I go check my bank it say 22.83 smh

Ordered from this place a few times. Pizza is decent. However twice they have taken forever to make the order. One time they said they forgot to put the order in. The second time time they said it would take 35 mins. Went in they said 20 more mins. Went in 25 mins later and it still wasn't ready. Took an hour and 20 mins for a pizza they said would be ready in 35 minutes. Very poor service and I would not recommend ordering from here unless you don't want to eat for a long time.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, half sausage and half hamburger with onion and mushroom all over. I received a sausage with mushroom and black olive. I called and they were going to send out another pizza. By the time I finished with the call I noticed my guests were already eating it. After several calls back and forth they said they needed the pizza back once I explained the situation they offered to make a small pizza. It was very frustrating, all I wanted was what I paid for....I will not be ordering again.

Found a hair imbedded in my chicken wing and i was hosting a party in southington and they requested i bring all the wings back and wouldnt deliver a new batch and wouldnt offer anything for my travel back to meriden.
