I ordered a 4 PC and a famous bowl. The food was horrible I couldn't even eat it. I called the store the next day and talked to 2 supervisors which I told them I'm not worried about the bowl but the 4 PC was for someone else and the person couldn't even eat it it had been sitting in the cooker for God knows how long. The manager said they should do the last drop for the chicken at 930pm and they weren't dropping any chicken they couldn't wait to get out of there because they close at 10. Anyway their answer was if I didn't have a receipt that they didn't give me even though I could show them on my bank account the money was taken out drive home 20 min and get the chicken and bring it to them. If that is not ridiculous what do they think I am trying at get free chicken when I could show them I paid $17 on my phone. Never again. That is the worst KFC I have ever been to and the nastiest.

Fantastic establishment! Food is good. If you go through drive-thru smell is putrid because staff dumps a foul bucket of water out the drive-thu window. Dont think this place is very clean but food was good.

I Have stage 4 cancer. So I use grub hub to deliver my orders. I placed an order today 3 chicken legs and a chicken breast. Large mashed potato and large cold slaw received smalls but was charged for the breast and large.so I called the store. Told them what happen. They said to me sorry don't know what to tell you. Asked to speak to manager. They put phone down no one ever came. Terrible country we live in these days.

Placed an online order for pick up, I had multiple orders when I checked the orders it looked incorrect I called and spoke to Joshua he advised to come in and bring the food back when I did he reviewed the orders looks like everything was there except one order that was made incorrectly as well as the employees took it upon themselves to mix the orders together, without knowing if anyone was allergic to anything that was combined. Thankfully no one is not but still you don’t just combine food that was ordered individually!!! Joshua was very rude and disrespectful smirked in my face and then gave me gave his back while I was still talking to him!!! Definitely will never order again from them!

This store is horrible. I ordered 12 pc family meal with side, famous bowl and 12 pcs chicken tenders. Everything else came except for the bucket and I called them and they said the manager packed it and order is complete. First of all, I will not bother my self to call a fast food if I got all my orders. Second if all, im not sure how you can fit 12 pcs chicken and 12 pcs tenders in that box. They are accusing me of taking chicken out so Third of all, I earn more than enough to lie just to get free food. I told them that even if they wanted to replace it, which by the sound of things they don’t wanna do, I don’t even want it anymore. This was my go to store but I am not stepping my foot on this store again. I would not recommend it and service sucks. I called the KFC complain hotline and reported them. Don’t go to this branch. It’s horrible

It's OK. It's a chain with a lot of people that do their best but still end up leaving something off of your order. I rarely go into this location as it's out of my way but because it's the closest, we order to be delivered. It's usually luke warm by the time it arrives. The proportions are off (too much gravy or not enough cheese), it's never the same thing twice even if I order the same dish such as the Famous Bowl. The biscuits are dry, similar to other KFC locations. Butter or honey help liven them up a bit. The chicken looks like chicken should once you get past the outside. I wish I'd taken a picture of our fries portion as it was about 1/2 the fries as their normal amount.
Vegetarian options: My vegan friends won't order here with me, and those friends are usually spot on with hidden milk or cross contaminated fryers.
Parking: Difficult to take a left back out to the main street. Lot spaces can feel tight when backing up if you don't have a back-up camera.
