It's OK. It's a chain with a lot of people that do their best but still end up leaving something off of your order. I rarely go into this location as it's out of my way but because it's the closest, we order to be delivered. It's usually luke warm by the time it arrives. The proportions are off (too much gravy or not enough cheese), it's never the same thing twice even if I order the same dish such as the Famous Bowl. The biscuits are dry, similar...
