Poor service… the same chicken from the morning sits in the heater and I wanted to buy 16 pieces and I was told they’re not frying fresh chicken. Poor customer service!!! Pure lazy just sitting on there phones not taking care of paying customers!!! The food chain should be placed places that want to sell there food… sad!! And dnt ask for any sides they never have them! Bad for business

The chicken is really good. However, after going there four times, they never have any sides except the potato french fries no chicken sandwiches and even when I asked if they would make it I was told no twice by two different people that’s not Customer Service. You need to make sure your menu is correct for what you’re gonna sell.

I Walked In Early and Caught That They Definitely Hand Batter the Chicken Fresh... The Biscuit Was One of the Best Ive Had... Very Soft and Drizzled w Honey... The Potatoe Fries Were too Potatoey and Should of Been Fried More... Even Could of Offered More Than the 5 or 6 I Recieved... Chicken Was Good and Tender... Not a Bad Spot At All For Gas Station Food...

Most of the guys that work here are great and pleasant and helpful I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman but I know they're pleasant to Most people anytime I've been in there and they're efficient.

Chicken tenders were juicy and delicious. The biscuit was clearly gooped out from a dispenser and then baked/fried. But the chicken...so good. I'll be back to Krispy Krunchy again.

I went to Krispy krunchy fried chicken and ordered chicken tenders with the wedges and the biscuit the chicken was like somebody just poured complete hot sauce on it you couldn't even eat it and the biscuits was hard the only thing that was good was the potato wedges they definitely need to do better I lost money and I don't like losing money.

Price was reasonable. Service off putting, like how dare I disturb him (while he's smacking gum). Food was less then desirable- chx was too salty, they had no choice for sides (wedges & breakfast empinadas from this morning) i.e. no mac&chz,biscuits or mash pot w/gravy. I'll never go back & definitely won't recommend them
If I could leave a negative star it would happen. Paid 7.50 for 3 tenders and brought them home. 10 minutes after I bought them I picked up a piece and it was like a cracklin. I pulled them all apart and they were all too tough to chew.Avoid this place at all costs. I figured dinnertime would be a safe bet to order, I was wrong.
