SO GOOD! Everything was fresh and very well seasoned. I will be back...

The food is actually good but the service is horrible. Every time we order for pick up they never understand what we are saying even though we are saying what they have on the menu. When we pick up everything is wrong and have to re order again. I understand it's not an American restaurant but the person on the phone understands 0 English so it's hard to order. We had to go back two times because they did the order wrong and still charged us then when we come in to explain they laugh in our face and still charge us. I will not be coming back which is unfortunate.

The lomo saltado did not convince me and the kitchen seemed dirty to me. Shame on my compatriots.

The delicious Grilled Chicken I love every time I'm around I order and today Sept 28 around 6 o'clock I went in person for the first time and the cashier was so rude and on top of that she gave me the receipt and since I didn't put a tip or good night she could say I threw away the receipt and she turned her back but she didn't put a napkin or cutlery in the bag and on top of that you want me to give you a tip for the bad manners

Came here to try their Lomo Saltado, placed an order for two. Lady who took my order seemed irritated. Waited about 20 mins till I over heard they sent my order off with someone else. I asked to see how long she said they are working on it so it finally was ready I get in my car and the lady runs after me and ask if I PAID!!! How dare she. Horrible customer service. Writing this on the way home hopefully the food makes up for it.

The environment felt more cafe like vs. a comfy sitdown restaurant. The location was akin to something like a stripmall and can be easily missed. When we walked in, we were greeted and seated by our server, who seemed very nice. She spoke NO english, which made me revert to searching my brain to try to politely ask for some water. In my head I was thinking of a glass of water, but she returned with bottled water. It worked for me as I knew we had a communication barrier. I had interactions with 3 staff members, and they were all warm and friendly.

The flavor profile was different than other varieties of Latin food that I have experienced, and it was an excellent culinary experience. I would definitely visit multiple times to explore other menu items.

I went there asking for fried snapper in which they never have any available. I then went to ask for the fried fish filet with rice and salad and another plate of a 1/2 rotisserie chicken along with both rice and salad. One of the chef started talking in Spanish as if I didn’t understand saying French fries and I said again I would like rice and salad. When I do get home I am surprised to know that I have the rotisserie chicken in a container by its lonesome when I repeated myself 3 times over and even asked if it would be an issue and the lady at the register said no problem.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR MY 1st TIME !!!

I’ve been coming here since it’s my favorite restaurant but this time I came for my birthday dinner. I left hungry $60 later with 5 small pieces of steak with a lot more vegetables. This is what drives customers away. I will not be returning. I left pretty upset and hungry.
