I don’t usually eat at mc donald’s in general but I went the other night this heavier set spanish woman working the second window was so rude and I had to ask her to calm down. check your employees!

We would always get lunch around 10:30, but the guy taking our order gave us a rotten attitude saying that lunch isn't until 11 (patently untrue). So we left, because we weren't going to wait 30 minutes or get breakfast instead. This isn't the first time a person taking our order was rude or incompetent. This location always serves nasty Coke too. Avoid if you can!

This was a strange experience. It was late night but the food was missing some flavor, the buns tasted odd. The window's card reader wasn't working (could have been daily reset).

Very upset I put a online order through McDonald’s app for pickup. I made the order at 10:11am, and payed online and got a receipt. I go to McDonald’s the lady can’t find my order then the manager tells me oh maybe cause ur order didn’t go in until my employee press the button when u got here at 10:31! Now breakfast is over! We have to give ur money back now and it’s gonna take at least 24 hours. I go there all the time and I can’t believe they just forgot my order. Then the manager says oh I can make ur order but u have to pay again!!! So I said no that would of charged me another $51.56!! So not only did I not get my order, but now it could take minimum 24 hours to get my money back!!! This is unprofessional i ran fast paced resteraunts ,and this was a error on them not me so I should of been given somthing for my inconvenience. Receipt for the time I ordered… I understand ppl make mistakes but I have no breakfast and my money was taken out and I have to wait! They need to check online ordering more often and then my food would have been made and ready when I got there.
